    The deformed "chicken wing"

Got the bone in wings and pizza, the pizza was pretty mediocre nothing special about it, I would honestly rather eat a frozen pizza. Also the wings tasted very old and I got a few deformed pieces of chicken instead of wings.

    Bottom of a pepperoni pizza

this place is mainly for beer drinking, not for eating. our 1st pizza was really, really burnt. This is the bottom of the 2nd pizza after sending back the 1st. went we asked about it we were told that's how it's made. Poor service too. Do not go there.

Great food and service, we always get seated quickly and the food is some of the best downtown. 8 TVs with different games 12 beers on tap and even more in bottles / cans. If you're in edenton you have to check it out! Only draw backs from it being 5 star are it's often a decent wait for food, and they charge $1 for soda refills (which is kinda ridiculous) and puts you in a bind when waiting for your food if you don't wanna pay for a refill. Regulars are great and friendly and it's super clean.

Great food, atmosphere and service. I was worried we wouldn't have good options because we were passing through an unknown and rural area on Easter Sunday, but I was pleasantly surprised. Great wings and steak sandwich, but the specialty watermelon margarita may have been my favorite! Seemed family friendly with a good vibe.

We stopped in for a early dinner on a saturday night. We were seated quickly and our appetizer of fried pickles came very shortly afterwards. They came with a tasty house made dipping sauce. Kinda ranch but kinda spicy. The cheesesteak i order was awesome and very cheesy. The food was fresh and hot and the service was great. Definitely a great spot to check out!

Was in Town to visit family and this establishment was on our itinerary -- We ended up here twice during our roughly 1 week stay. Great choice M.I.L! AMBIANCE - Small town bar/chill/laid back/friendly. SERVICE - Being that there aren't a whole lot of bars/eatery in a small town like Edenton, this place can get really packed during peak service hours...Plan accordingly or go support the local shops until the crowd dies down. - Open seating: First come first served type of ordeal. - The servers are swamped, so give them a break. DRINKS - Tons of beer options. - Shirley temple was good (You can also request to make it "dirty" if you'd like - Some kind of vodka would pair well). APPETIZER - Get the Bone-In Chicken Wings (Carolina Dry Rub) and you will not be disappointed. - They also have "Boneless Wings" if that is more of your thing. Personally, not a fan of em' and never will be -- It always comes out too cakey and/or too much batter, which is distracting to the true star...The protein. ENTREE - Edenton Steak Sub is a must! (It comes with peppers/mushrooms/etc...But you can exclude certain veggies if you'd like). - Perfectly TOASTED rolls (Most places serve these with soggy buns covered in cheese which is sort of standard...So having toasted subs really make this place stand out). - The shaved steak is mixed in with the cheese and it's like a party in your mouth - Perfect meat to cheese ratio. - Pub fries are just ever so slightly battered and delicious.

"Well done" wings with extra sauce - will we ever learn our lesson

Undercooked bad food, bad service, we keep hoping for change and we are consistently disappointed

Great atmosphere and the bartenders are awesome! The food comes out quickly and the beers and spirits are absolutely the best prices around!

Its pretty quiet in there. They have a deal for $28 with 10 wings, 10 oysters or 10 shrimp with fries. They also sell cheesecake and cake at the front. They have several sauces to choose from. I got wings way sauce which is sweet n spicy. Theres also blue cheese and ranch for $.50 each. I wanted the shrimp because it was my safe zone, but i got the oysters for some reason. The ride home was unpleasant because it smelled rank. My stomach was doing flips. Those oysters didn't smell good at all. They may not have been old or anything. I forced myself to eat one and it tasted like it smelled... I threw them away.. I didn't wanna suffer later.. Smh. The wings and fries were good though. I did like the sauce. The fries are battered and tasty. Next time I'll stick to wings and shrimp. Their food is pretty good besides my oyster shenanigans!!! Lol. Check them out. 3.5 stars!!

The ladies bathroom had no soap left in the dispenser nor paper towels nor an air dryer .... When the right order arrived, it was delicious and we appreciated the food. We had to flag down our waitress who was also the bartender to pay. We were clearly done for a bit and it was frustrating to have to wait and then finally just get up and go over to get the ticket. A lot more attention was being paid to the bar patrons than we were offered. Finally, when we were leaving, my grandson held the door open for the group of ladies in their 80's that were entering the restaurant. The THREE staff members holding down the hostess station yelled at him to shut the door. Seriously? So my suggestion is to teach your staff to pay attention to your customers more frequently while dining, clean the restroom SEVERAL times a day, and discover that being kind to your elders is a sign of respect. How about coming from behind that desk and assisting the patrons in vs yelling at someone who's trying to help them into your establishment. It's too bad because we liked the food- but we won't be back after the experience.

As you walk in you note the feel of it being a converted diner made to look like a country place. You grab your own menu, seat yourself, and walk up to the bar/register when ready to order. If the first time, you need a minute to get your bearings. Food ordered (3% fee is not using the cash "discount" FYI, pretty common around here and absurd given these OBX prices). Drinks are self serve. Some coke products and excellent tea. This was the end of breakfast around 10:30/11, so it was empty. Service was pretty quick. (they bring it to the table). I thought the breakfast pricing was fair. Shrimp and grits for $12, etc. Especially for the portion sizes. Two things I didn't care for. -The ceilling tiles were crazy dirty and stained and the flor light bulbs were uncovered. -The shrimp and grits needs a re-do. It's huge, with a base of grits, ladels of bacon gravy, and about 5 shrimp and cheddar cheese. It's more like a shrimp, grits, gravy, cheese casserole. I would have much rather had a base of grits, the gravy scooped in the middle with shrimp stuck in it, and topped with cheese. Even with all that you'd think there would be flavor. It was kind of bland minus the occasionally greasy/burnt bacon piece. Also, the shrimp were flavorful but over-cooked and tail on, which is traditional--but in the casserole were a pain in the butt to get the tail off/cut. I know they can do good flavors and plates. My spouse's chicken biscut...omg the hand-breaded chicken was fantastic! My son's baked apples were to die for. You Philly visitors will be happy to see scrapples on the menu - yuck. All in, I would repeat and stick to chicken and the chicken coop.
