We put in an order online, and the website automatically changed the location to Westminster. To clarify, it wasn't user error, we did it three more times online on both MacBook and iPhone and each time it switched to Westminster. Whatever, that happens. But we showed up at 7:30 to pick up the order (they close at 8) and of course they didn't have the food. But instead of apologizing or remaking it, they blamed it on us, refused to remake or refund, said the kitchens closed at 7, and were still rude when we called. Great food, but like many places, a total failure in service means we'll never go back. Even if it was all our fault and a total failure on customer's part, why refuse to assist in any way? So many opportunities to recover this service, they could have remade it, apologized, refunded, offered a gift card, anything! read more

This place has the best barbecue I've ever had so far. The customer service is always great, I've never had a negative experience. The restaurant itself is normally clean, but it's always busy so I give them credit for being able to keep up with cleanliness. This is now one of my favorite bbq places and it is so close to me. I had the meltdown sandwich and it was so good. The meat was cooked perfectly and the sauces for it were great. The bbq sauce that comes with it isn't to sweet like some places and it had a great flavor. The cheese sauce for the sandwich was also amazing. They add some kind of bbq seasoning to it and it makes the cheese taste even better. The fries that come with are also cooked very well. They were crispy and had just enough salt one them and the chips they serve are killer too, they have the same seasoning on them that's in the cheese and they are super crispy. I can't wait to go back here because it was amazing how good this place was! You need to come here if you want some good bbq. read more

Delivery is available through door dash which is great while indoor dining isn't allowed. I usually think pulled pork isn't flavorful enough, but this was delicious and not too dry or soggy. The two sauces (Topper and Hottish) came on the side. I like spice so I preferred Hottish. I'll order from here again and try more items. read more

Their brisket is so tender I could pull it apart with my fingers. The bbq sauce was nice and tangy. Not spicy and not too sweet. This is exactly what I look for in good bbq. The only issues are accessing the restaurant and parking. If you can't find parking in front it's quite a walk for people with mobility issues. read more

So back in October, I visited GQue and found it to be somewhat below average, with poor service and food that didn't really wow me. We tried to go back a couple more times and, welp, wasn't feeling it. But after talking a bit with the folks behind it, I decided to give it another try tonight. And...I'll tell you what. Big turn around from my last visit. First off, great service this time around. Everyone was courteous and nice and even making suggestions to try some of the specials for the week. Also, the atmosphere is pretty chill, very nicely done. I do wish they had hockey on, but that's a minor nitpick. :D Finally, the food is pretty great. They run out of the stuff a little later on in the evening, but I went with the pulled pork sandwich and was pleasantly surprised by it. Really delicious, especially with the spicy BBQ sauce. Plus the garlic mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese were excellent as well. I was almost ready to write this place off for the last time I visited and the way I was treated. I did a recent review with photos of my disappointment and discussed the decline in GQue BarbQ and their quality issues. I decided to give them another chance as they had a change in management. Charlie is the new GM and has taken the quality and customer service to a new level. The food is delicious. The attention to details that I discussed last time have been addressed and it's back to GQue circa three years ago. If you are in the mood for BarBq try this place. The brisket and ribs was perfectly smoked, juicy and falling apart. The wings are such a wonderful surprise and their weekly sandwich special will blow your mind. It's tough to going through growing pains and to receive a negative review as I posted before. It's even tougher to admit that changes are needed and then implementing the changes that brings your Brand back to fit. Thank you for listening and honoring me as a customer. I ordered the baby back ribs and a small side of brisket along with a small side salad. Let me just say this crust on the ribs were so flavorful and fall off the bone tender! It was a hoe-down square dance of fun in my mouth!!! Yee-Haw! It's hard to believe this isn't BBQ from the south! The brisket- honestly I don't like saying "this is the best" I've ever had because it gets redundant... but hey Y'all- this IS the best I've ever had! So tender and the perfect amount of fat to give it a juicy tender bite and enough meat to keep that yummy chew! Sauces- ok I'm not suppose to have sugar, which these sauces definitely have but... it was soo good I ate them anyways!
