They've messed up every single take out order for the past 4 months. I'm not sure what happened. Last month I finally said something to them. I asked to speak with a manager. My daughter's boyfriend speaks Spanish. He's from Ecuador. He has placed the orders, he has talked to them about the continuing of very messed up orders. So this is not a language barrier thing. I don't know if they hate white people or what, but they always treat us like strangers and we always tip well and then our order is messed up EVERY SINGLE TIME! Without question. I went in weeks ago to have them remake one of our orders, and spoke to the manager, a young twenty something year old. He apologized snd wanted to get to bottom of this that night. I gave him my phone number and he said he would get right on it tonight and call me the next day. My response to him was, "I know the restaurant life and how busy you are, so if you could just get back to me over the next three days, I'd appreciate it". I called again two days ago and left a message for him to call me. No phone call still. I told him when I met with him two weeks ago that my family deserves a compensation for how many times we've had our orders screwed up, otherwise I will leave a very honest review. This is my follow thru six weeks later. This restaurant has good food, when they make it right. But in my honest opinion, it is clear these people hate white people.
