When I arrived, there were a lot of people waiting around the cash register. All of them were waiting for a pick up order and most had been waiting for over 30 minutes. One man has been waiting over an hour and kept on waiting for an additional 20 minutes after that. I planned my drive based on the time so that I could just pick up the order and take off. However, I was asked to wait another 20 minutes. Though the wait was excessive, the manager was handling all customers with such grace. He wasn't rude, explained to everyone about the delay, and even when he was cursed off by an impatient customer, he kept his calm. I do hope everyone enjoys their meals, and I hope that the restaurant find a way to place the order faster. 4 stars for handling a difficult situation wonderfully, but minus one star for the long wait.
