This place is great! The people are extremely nice, and helpful. I came here because I saw all the great reviews, as soon as I walked in they said hi and how could they assist me. I told them I wanted a pedicure and gel manicure. I needed a pedicure since I ran a few races this past summer and got a lot of blisters. I had Andrew, he really was amazing, he smoothed my foot and told me what he was doing and if it was too much to let him know. He was also fun just to have a conversation with. He also took his time with my nails, which I greatly appreciated, that he put 110% in making sure I was happy and that my nails were perfect. My only complaint is that they do a poor job of honoring appointment times. I don't normally write reviews but the reviews I had read for iCare Nails had been the reason I took my daughter there for her 16th bday to get acrylics with a design and reg pedicure. I had a no chip and reg pedicure as well. It felt rushed for us both. I had picked dark dark red. My toes looked great, my no chip nails were a medium pink and when she put on the two coats they were uneven so there are darker and lighter spots on my nails. My daughters acrylics had pieces of acrylic leftovers she had to pick off. The bill total before tip for us both was $170. We've had better nails done where they took their time and did an excellent job for less. Will not be going back. read more

So happy I found a new nail salon to go to. I had Meng. He did my mani and pedi. Both services were amazing. $50 for both Including take off no chip. Almost a week now since my appt and they still look great. He took his time and made sure I was ok with massage, or if he was hurting me and with how I wanted my nails. Other places just do whatever to get you in and out. Booked my 2 week appt before I left. That says a lot about my experience there. I had an eyelash fill done here last week. Unfortunately it was probably the worse fill I have ever had in my life. I called less then 24 hours later as my eyes were still watering and burnand was not even offered a partial refund, and I had to get in a hot shower to attempt to remove the excess glue and chunky pieces of lashes.The pieces were chunky, there was way too much glue, and to make matters worse I actually had a wrinkle on my eyelid because of how much extra glue there was. My eyes were watering the entire time I was having the fill done. It was not a great experience. I'm posting a before and after of the fill so you can see the difference. It was just a very sloppy job and not done with the care guy expect for a $60 service. Very disappointing. read more

LOVE THIS SALON. I've been going here with my sister and mom for probably two years now, and they never fail to impress us with their hard work, cleanliness, and friendly staff! A lot of their tools are opened in new packaging right in front of me which assures me they're clean and brand new. I liked that she suggested an upgrade in finger nail polish, but quickly backed off when I told her my reservations on acetone, etc. The foot massage could've been stronger, but honestly.. I paid $55 for a mani/pedi with tip, which is how much I would pay for just a pedi in DFW. I feel like nail salon staff always tend to talk a lot (to each other or to you) and gossip all day, but the ladies here were very professional. Dana was my nail tech, and she was a sweet heart - always asking if I felt OK or if I needed anything. I chose a regular finger nail polish and I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't chip for a full 7 days. I was expecting 3 days for my first nail chip. What a deal! My pedicure was good except for that the pedicurist was hurting me quite a bit during the massage. He kept scratching me as a form of massaging and that was less than desirable.
