I recently went in to get a pedicure and I'm a very laid back, easy to please person who rarely ever complains, but this was one of the worst pedicures I have ever received. Not only was the nail polish chunky on a few toes, but the skin around my toenails is completely ruined. She even left polish on the skin of my left big toe. I only noticed the next day at work when my toes were red that they looked absolutely terrible. The nail tech was so aggressive when she buffed the nails that she buffed the skin around it too! First time I've been there. The salon was very clean which is ALWAYS a plus. My sister told me they have a separate room for pedicures. However, I was there for my nails. My nails were split, ripped, and fairly unhealthy. The woman doing my nails was very nice. No judgment. She was able to clean them up and she told me I could still get a full set of acrylic nails. I got to pick out my own color. I thought about a neon green but went with a red shade. The little hand massage with scented lotion was relaxing and had a calming effect. I'm being quite nitpicky about the reason for the four stars. There was still some acrylic/ nail dust on my finger nails when she put the glue on. I don't know if they'll stay on for a few weeks, but right now they are holding strong. I guess I'm used to waking my hands after the shaping of my nails to get any excess dust off. That being said, I would come back to try the pedicures. read more

I visited Vegas Nails on Monday April 18th. I have gone here a few times. This time I left very unsatisfied. My cuticles did not even get trimmed/cut, on my fingers or toes. I have a bump on one of my thumbs under the paint, not even a week later and the paint is chipping off my toes, the paint on my toes were smudged. I went to Vegas Nails for the first time last week and I have to say that both of the technicians I had (one for a no chip manicure and the other for a spa pedicure) did an excellent job! I felt so relaxed and I love the look of my nails. Vegas Nails is a welcome addition to this strip mall which needs more businesses! I will definitely be back - great job!!! I've been here a few times and always heard about "never let the older man do your nails". Welp, last time I ended up with him and I regret not speaking up. My nails are destroyed. Not only was this the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a nail tech but weeks later my nails are still suffering. I'm a regular with no-chip and I know that using a grinder to get old polish off a complete nail is not right. My nails are painfully thin now. He was also very rough and not friendly at all. It's a shame. But I will not be returning. You would think after all the torture that my mani would look great BUT it didn't. Ugh save your nails and skip this place but if you must go, DO NOT let the older man do yours!!!! read more

Mani and pedi looked good when applied. The problem was on the removal of the dip nail polish-nail powder . I went back to the salon exactly 3 wks after this manicure. She had me soak my fingers in Acetone.. did not individually wrap them .. just put a bowl out - here soak your fingers for 20-30 min- she had a hard time getting the polish off. She used the electric file and a cuticle pusher to remove. I had her do a regular manicure right after.. which lasted just a couple of days. When I removed that polish off my natural nails all of my nail beds had curved ridges from where the old dip nail polish was. I literally have dents in my nail beds and my natural nails are ruined. Absolutely DO NOT HAVE VIVIAN DO YOUR NAILS!! I would not recommend this tech., honestly run from this place ., too many other good salons out here read more

I heard about this new salon from other ladies in the area. Everything about this place is excellent. It's a very clean, calming and relaxing environment with modern design touches inside. They have a separate pedicure area which has dimmed lighting, spa type music and is a "quiet" space. Don't come here if you want to talk on your phone or watch a TV while getting your foot massage. They seem to be trying to give clients a spa type experience. They also have over 1,200 colors to choose from (each with matching regular polish)! They do no chip manicures, dipping powder manicures, acrylics, waxing and other services typical of a nail salon. Unlike many other competitors in the area, they have a rewards program which gives you a reward of $20 in credit once you hit a certain spend level. The staff if very professional and beyond nice. Please save your nails and go elsewhere! I have been looking for a local salon that does dip nails and a friend of mine suggested this place. Well let me say, this place is not only harmful to your nails but they are also not following Covid policies!!! I arrived at my set appointment time to find an extremely arrogant and young receptionist who stated "who are you"? She did have a mask but it was around her neck. I told her my name and appointment time and that was the last she spoke to me. The salon was not clean but not filthy. The walls had a great deal of marks and floor look liked it had not been swept for a bit. There was also explicit music playing very loudly. I would never bring a child in there. I was then taken to the pedicure room by Lin; who thankfully was wearing a mask over her face. I got the deluxe pedicure but unfortunately Lin rushed through the pedicure and instead of providing me a massage she just rubbed lotion on my legs and feet. After my pathetic pedicure, I was taken back to the nail area with the blasting music where Lin roughy handled my nails until she made my cuticles bleed. Worse pedicure and manicure of my life; not to mention most painful! As I was leaving, I noticed the receptionist as well as another nail tech were not wearing masks. If you are looking for a nail salon, please go elsewhere and if you already go here...I promise there are much better and safer salons out there! read more

I wish I could give this place a 0 star!! I don't get why it has a 4 star, it definitely doesn't deserve that. I came here for an appointment and got me an HOUR after, I even came 20 minutes to check in and make sure this didn't happen, I guess I was wrong. All my nails are different are different sizes and you can see the lines from the brush from the nail polish! I even asked for a another color and to fix it because it was so bad, my nails have BUBBLES in it!! I mean I thought you were supposed to be Professional and to leave bubbles and different sizes come on what school did you go to, the dollar store nail technician? He ripped my cuticle, saw it and kept going on when I told home and he ignored me. I did not want to pay for these nails AT ALL!!! The service was horrible and he was pinching me and pulling my fingers. I'm telling you this now and please listen to me, SONT COME HERE!!! Some stuff were Brocken and he kept moving me each seat, people kept waiting in the middle of there nail appointment, they have no workers working there and they have no room to work. Called at 4:43 as I live 2 mins away first time client and WILL NOT RETURN . Called asked if they take walk in's for a pedicure the girl hung up on me I called back and she was not helpful she booked me for 5:30 appointment they close at 6 I arrived at 5:12 I sat for about 10 mins then walked brought to the "private pedicure" area where it's supposed to be silent as it says on the wall. I was seated at 5:28 my with barely warm water no jets which was odd 5:42 lady in phone started mumbles when she speaks nice starts the pedicure there was 2 lady's on the end nice lady's well I was sitting and waiting a girl with a horrible ombré nail job who was screaming and VERY RUDE. Made sure to mention with inbox nails u have to get a new set of nails $60 $60 lol I thought it was hilarious as my friend who's done my nails for almost 10 years and never would a ombré nail not come with a full but we laughed at that . But then she ended up painting my gel pedicure and was yelling at me as I couldn't relax and wait for my nails to dry she was trying but then she asked what pedicure I wanted which was signature spa $40 and then $15 for no chip which was fine but the girl who did my nails got made as its not my fault I was booked for 5:30 but the people who work here must all ride together cause they rushed me out so fast left wax all over my feet and clothes as she used a cold towel and didn't leave the wax on for not even 2 mins and the lady I sat with was nice and explained how her experience and will never come back the owner came and asked and said sorry for the lady and the going's on I felt bad but vegas nails is like vegas and HORRIBLE toes !
