If I could give this place no stars I would. The nail tech I had was an older gentleman, he rushed through my nails, which you can tell in the pictures. It looks like a 5 year old did them. I got shellac and it started to peel the second day of getting them done. I called and asked for them to fix them, which the owner was hesitant, but agreed and she told me she would do them. I showed up to my appointment the next day, and she was rude and told me she wasn't doing them the same guy was!!! At this point I was just mad. I wasn't going to complain anymore, just get my nails fixed and get out of this dirty place. Yes, it was dirty as all can be. After he was done, the edges still looked like shit. Well fast forward to 3 days, my nails are chipped yet again. Don't waste your time or money at this place. Wow... horrible. HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY. I got shellac which I usually do however I've never been to this salon before. It hurt SO bad. She cut me and made me bleed everywhere. And 4 of my cuticles are so swollen from her using her nail drill on my SKIN. Not even a sorry for cutting me. My nails are super uneven too so now I'm going to go home and file them myself. EDIT: it has now been just over 24 hours since I got my nails done, and the swelling has gone down. 6 of my fingers now have open sores around my cuticles. Six different fingers. She literally cut me more than she didn't cut me either from her clippers or from her using the nail drill on my skin to get the rest of my cuticles off. I hope they sterilize their tools otherwise the ones she used on me have my blood all over them! read more

Terrible, product sucks and always falls off. They always burn my nails so thin they snap underneath and it's extremely painful. Last time they charged me $75 dollars for nails polish that started to ripple under the light and also scuffed my nail with a scuffing brush never repainted it or fixed it. I got jewels on 2 fingers person did not try to make them symmetrical at all. They did my eyelash extensions as well and ripped off all my real lashes, didn't put care in doing a good job so they left eye lashes dangling into my eye and scratching it. I walked in and was the only client the entire visit. It was a slow visit, I walked in for a shellac manicure. The tech doing my nails did the coats, the first coat she did two nails at a time and had me alternate between drying under the last guy. The second coat she did the entire hand then had me switch hands. The third coat was very fine and it seemed pointless. I am happy with the color but I am not happy with the shape or length of my nail. She cut them too short and some are not the same length. I didn't ask for a cut down I asked for her to even them out. I just moved back to Rochester Hills and there are many nail salons in the area so I will continue trying them out until I find my new regular place. read more

This place is awful. I went in for an Acrylic fill it's regular nail polish and the girl at the front obviously didn't tell the nail tech. She had me pick from a color selection for dip powder, then when the man brought the color over I said I want just regular polish. He then thought I meant shellac and didn't understand I wanted regular polish. He was getting frustrated with me and no one else in the salon that worked there helped us at all. Half way through my fill, he organized his drawer. My nails weren't drying or waiting to be ready to paint or anything, he just decided to organize his nail files and cotton and such. I watched the clock and he organized for 7 minutes before getting back to my nails. When he painted them, he didn't turn a fan on so the paint never dried in between coats so the paint is streaky. All in all, $18 for an awful service isn't a bad price. But I will never go back and wish i would've paid a little more to get a better service. read more

I went for a pedicure and dip manicure the other day. I had some work done on my toe recently so I told the lady I dont want polish on my toes, just clean them up. So she did and then I told her i wanted a dip manicure. I asked her 2 times if she was going to fix up my cuticles and she kept saying yes but she never did. Finally i asked her a third time that i wanted them soaked and cut away and she said oh im sorry I misunderstood but i was on a time crunch and didnt have time for her to remove the work she has done to do what I wanted. When i went to pay, it was $70!!!!!! For a pedicure with NO polish, manicure without cuticles removed or lotion or a hot towel! HORRIBLE! Horrible. I didn't leave a tip. Unacceptable. read more

I'm not a huge fan and I've been here twice for nails and toenails. First, Leon is too rough and burns your skin during fills and is a bit too flirty for my liking. He doesn't fill close enough to the cuticle and you leave looking like nothing was done. Second, Vanessa's designs she does freehand are NEVER what you ask for even when you bring a picture of a simple design. Also, they charge you for gel when you think you're getting gel nails and then dupe you and give you acrylics! I'm tired of paying $100 a pop for crap and painful fingers. How hard is chevron???? Leon, her husband is great too! It's clean, legit, and they have great massage chairs too. Free water, public restrooms, spa pedicures, deals and specials on low cost services. Absolutely terrible, my nails only lasted ONE DAY! They also make up different prices each time. AND they always ask for cash??? Are they trying to avoid taxes??? Elizabeth Warren will get them!! And dirty - I watch the woman before me getting her nails done and then I watch them use the same EXACT tools on the next woman's nails! Wht if the one had nail fungus??? now I would get that fungus on my nails too! When I got there she was ready for me and did a great job. Visiting family from out of town and decided to get my nails done. This was my first time visit at this nail salon and last visit. I requested the "Dip Powder" manicure. The products they use are generic brands and cheap. The powder wouldn't stay on my nail. The technician kept drilling it off, nicking my skin several times, not to mention burning my nail beds. It took 3 hrs and the quality of work was awful. He tried to say it was my fault because I wanted it thin, typically they put 3 coats and I only wanted 2 coats. I have always had my nails done with only 2 coats in my hometown salon and never had a issue. Another technician walks over and starts to patronize me saying "it looks beautiful, maybe he is nervous because you are so beautiful". I wasn't rude and responded by asking would she like me post their work on social media? She immediately had another technician come over to take over and redo. I didn't want them to redo my nails, they kept on insisting they could fix it. He sat down and started to drill. I stopped him and informed him that I was not happy and that I am ready to go after 3 hours of getting my nails filed and drilled on. During this time a customer walks in to ask how long it would be for a pedicure, their response "I don't Know, it will be a while". While they had empty pedicure seats. I've often driven by this place but never stopped. On Saturday, I decided to give it a try. The place was beautiful, clean, and serene. A bit pricey for my taste but I decided to give it a shot. I was pleased with my manicure but I noticed the next day my pedicure polish was peeling on 2 toes. On Monday, I went back to show them and to ask for it to be fixed. The woman there screamed rudely to me that it was my fault and that I tripped. I explained to her that wasn't the case and I had never had polish chip so quickly. She continued to argue with me. At that point, I explained to her that it wasn't an arguement and I wouldn't be back. I was in exactly 20 days ago and was seen by the same man for the same exact service, even had one less nail for him to repair and my total after tip was $49. It's appalling that the people who run this place make up their own prices as they wish and charge whatever they feel to in the moment. $66 for sub par work is ridiculous. read more

I went to the salon about a couple years ago I sat in the chair just wanted my nails done I get acrylics I didn't really say anything to the woman 2 minutes later she looked at me and she said you don't look good ,you look like my grandmother that passed away 20 years ago how dare she say that to me I said excuse me just do my nails I would have walked out but I was on my way to a wedding. December of last year, my boyfriend was persistent about me if my nails done everyone in the family hinted that I was getting at engagement ring a Christmas, it was two days before Christmas and all other nail salons were booked up of course so I thought okay I'll go back in. The same woman was doing my nails she said to me and needless to say she didn't even know me she only knew my name she said to me you know you do a lot for other people you are so old looking you need a facial I said just do my nails please then she said I bet you haven't had your feet done in a long time you need this you need that you look so old I set again please just do my nails. Went in and sat in the waiting for only 15 min. Not bad. But then they had my sister and I sit in the pedicure chair with ice cold water for almost a half hour with nobody checking on us. Then, they finally came over to help us and after a half assed attempt on giving us the "spa treatment"... Painted the wrong color on my nails and gave me problems to fix it. On top of that, they did the wrong thing on the girl next to me and is now telling her that her wants and needs are incorrect. I've been searching for a good nail place and this wasn't it. A full set of shellac only costs $30 but the quality of the service wasn't there. The guy clipped a lot of skin off my cuticles and made one of them bleed. Then, the top coat was slathered on and coated my fingers around the nail so it wasn't separate, it was just gross. On top of that, some of the nails had bumps, air bubbles, bits of fuzz stuck to them and the edges of the shellac weren't even. The nail was poorly filed, and every time I put my hand into the UV machine it burned my skin so bad. I'm definitely not coming back here. read more

I used to love this place but, the last two times I've been there the service has been awful... a couple months ago, they buffed my nails to the point that ended very thin and sensitive. I had to let them grow and decided to give them another chance. Yesterday, I asked for a pedicure & manicure... they cut me 2 times while they remove the cuticles, that's all she did as part of the manicure.. no hand scrub, no hand moisturizer, nothing else! she started with the nail polish right after Additional, I had to experience when another customer walk in complaining about a terrible service they did on her daughter's eye brows... poor girl, she was crying and they did not apologize or treat them as a customer, the guy start raising the voice and arguing with the lady for something that obviously was a bad service... omg.. such a terrible experience. I wish there was a zero available for a rating. These people are crooks. Dirty tools. Dishonest techs. Cut every one of my cuticles. They cut my sister as well who is immunocompromised. Left halfway through the manicure and asked to pay and the owner tried to charge us for full price for half the work. He lied and told us he was using liquid gel which is what we asked for and started using acrylic powder. I read the jar. He threatened to call the cops three times and only yelled at us when we spoke in a calm tone to try to come to an understanding. I did not sign the slip and told him I do not agree to the charge but he signed it for me anyway. This place is horrible. I had to call the Health Deperatment and place a complaint with the Cosmotology board. This place needs to be shut down. A lady in there said she was going there for nine years.... Not sure how she has not gotten a disease yet. This is unsanitary for the general public! My nail tech left in the middle of my manicure to go work on somebody else. Not impressed. If you're considering going here- stop yourself immediately and drive away. A friend and I were visiting this salon on multiple occasions. Service certainly wasn't great, but it's in the giant parking lot close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Well, my friend very honestly lost the majority of her big toe. Seriously. Turned brittle and fell right off. Looks like an ogre. If you survive the disease infested wonderland you can expect lots of rude, pushy employees who rush through your visit. The last time I was in there they insisted on using their little speedy sander (even though I only use polish, not acrylics AND asked them not to). THEN, after sanding most of my already thin white-girl nails off they began to paint right over the dust. No need to wash, rinse or even brush off all the stuff that was unjustly removed. Teenager went in to get her eyebrows waxed normally done by a female, but on this day Leon the manager was there. He asked her how she wanted them done and she stated follow the same shape. Well, when he handed her the mirror she was in tears, paid and left. Her brows were just awful. When I called to explain the total dissatisfaction we felt, Leon said come in with my daughter before 7:30 cause they close. We went in, Leon and the female that normally waxed my daughters brows absolutely did not see a problem with her shapeless, awful brows, with zero apology offered. As I was talking to Leon the female steps in and actually states my daughter is happy with her brows. Now in disbelief, I asked Leon do u have a license? Leon in a raised voice, "yes, but I will not show it to you". Spas are generally a luxury not a necessity. I used to love coming here with my friends and getting acrilics on our nails. The problem was i started getting warts on the beds of my nails and couldnt figure out why. Then i went with my friend another time and just watched her get her nails done and noticed how dirty there equipment was. They definitly did not clean there equipment between customers. And im certain that is where i got the warts, considering i've never had warts before. So though they do nails well and are friendly i do not trust there tools and wont go there again read more
