One waxed everything off forgetting I was getting a play boy, and the other time the girl doing my playboy didn't do it correctly. I assumed she didn't know what a triangle playboy looked like because when she was done , it didn't look like a triangle at all. And staff gets rude when you tell them how you wanted it after not going it correctly. Not coming back to this locations again. Staff needs to be trained more. Staff also needs to confirm what kind of wax the client is getting before waxing everything off .

If you're more sensitive, ask if they have a numbing agent and pop some Motrin ample time before your appointment. My tech, Kiley was outstanding. Personable, professional and took care of the area well. I will definitely go back to her when I make another appointment.

She was my first manzillian so I won't forget her. However, I was recently greeted by Amanda on an early Saturday morning and she was super fantastic. I hope she's still there becuase we will return. As a man going in, it is much different. A lot more stress and the inuendo of me/her getting the waxing done. Lots of small talk to get our minds off the task. Not a normal event in most guy's lives, but well worth it. She was professional and I love her laugh. It lightened up what can be a sometimes painful, no so relaxing interaction. My wife and I will be back.

When I walked in I was told that due to me being 5 minutes late, they could no longer take me for the 10:45 appointment. They had to push me back to 11:15. I waited and no one came in or left the facility. I expected to be taken in at 11:15 but at 11:25 (10 minutes past the new appointment time) they were "running late" and not ready for me. This is extremely unprofessional. I ended up leaving at 11:30 without having the service done because I had to be somewhere else at noon. Due to the unprofessional front office and the fact there were no other people in the center, I would not recommend coming here.

When I got the reminder text I clicked the link to cancel the appt but it automatically confirmed the appt when I clicked the link. I messaged the business through the booking site since I didn't have their contact info. The girl called me and left a voicemail asking if I was still coming (I was sick and busy with my kids which is why I couldn't come) but didn't mention a no show fee. I texted her number letting her know i messaged through the booking site. No response. A few days later I got charged $25 as a no show fee. Not super impressed with the communication interface and the lack of transparency. I'll take responsibility for agreeing to scheduling the next appointment, but I won't be returning.
