But I am giving this place 3 stars because the wait is insanely long. In fact, it has the longest wait time of any bbq I have ever visited. For the past two visits in a row, I waited over an hour, when on average most restaurant waiting times are 40 minutes max. I could be wrong, but it seems like none of the servers or chefs are in a rush, and they will make your food when they feel like it. I'm not impatient, but Bully's needs to bring up their waiting times up to a competitive, commertcial level. Food = great. Service = could be better.
