I was so impressed with their representative in how knowledgeable and professional he was, that I contracted with them the next day. The job took about four days. Each day the workers showed up on time, were very productive and respectful, and put in a full day. When the job was completed I could not tell that there had been any water damage anywhere. We wanted to write this review regarding GraEagle Construction after they finished all the repairs in our home from water pipes that broke under the floors and walls. First they did a fantastic job with all their vendors from American Leak Detection, On The Spot Cleaning, with their carpet, tile and marble, repair. Also Las Vegas Flooring to replace tile. We were contacted regarding each vendor on when they would arrive. Ben Warnstedt the Project manager was very caring to all our concerns. The vendors who came out one after another to do all the repair work from dry wall repairs to replacing the tile in kitchen and cleaning all the carpets from water damage were fantastic. And On The Spot Cleaning did a fantastic job rebuffing, re-polishing and re-staining all the slab marble in our main entryway. It all looks like brand new and cleaning all the carpets. As for us, my sister and I speak highly of GraEagle Construction and their fantastic group of vendors. All the guys are so kind and caring about pleasing us. We highly recommend them. read more

We had a ceiling leak develop in a 18 ft high ceiling in the living room. My insurance company recommended GraEagle and they were fantastic! ServiceMaster had responded initially to clean up the mess and dry out the ceiling, walls and floor. Jerry, the GraEagle Project Manager/Estimator showed up exactly as scheduled when the ServiceMaster folks were done and explained the entire process and completed his detailed estimate. The overall cost came out as less than my deductible and it took over a week for the air conditioning people to install the new drip pan; along with a family emergency, which delayed a start date for the job. When I got back I called to schedule a start date, and, lol and behold; the morning they were supposed to start, a leak developed from another source (rusted pipe) at another location in the living room. I called Jerry to explain the problem and he and Dave (Superintendent) came by. They put me in contact with a plumber and showed me how to minimize the problem in the meantime. They then amended the estimate (very, very reasonable since it was the same room so not a whole lot of additional painting required) and they were able to start a couple of days later. Drywall, texture, and painting done flawlessly! Clean-up was spotless. And the craftsmen were polite, personable, and more than willing to help replace furniture etc. I would highly recommend GraEagle for any home repairs or remodeling--I'm keeping them in my contact list! read more

We hired GraEagle to switch out our sliding glass door in our kitchen with french doors. We couldn't have been happier with the finished product and the workers that did the job. We were kept in the loop every step of the way, and somebody was always available to answer any questions we had. Ryan came out to gather information so he could provide us with an estimate on our water damage. All went well and when he left he said he would send us the estimate either later that same day or next day at the latest. By the third day we had heard nothing so we called the office. They said they would get in touch with Ryan and get right back to us. Nothing. Over the next few days, calls to the office and to Ryan's cell phone produced no response. Nothing. We did not select GraEagle, but they were selected by an insurance company to do mold remediation and repair. They never completed the job because Ryan their estimator was shorting us on the amount of money the insurance company allowed to finish the job. They tried to shake us down for an additional $2700 out of our pocket plus the insurance money. In Total they wanted to charge us $7900+ just for the shower. When I put everything on a spreadsheet, using their estimate and the amount approved by the insurance company along with their subcontractors(because they are not able to perform tile work) estimate the job could had been completed with $704 left over in the claim. When confronted with the figures, Ryan stated numbers had changed, but according to the insurance company they had not. He was more concerned that the insurance company was talking to me than addressing the numbers I put forth in front of him. They are crooks and I would run as far and as fast away from them. Too many other options out there. Best of luck, but stay away from these guys. This is how they left it. read more

Bad experience with this company... very bad. After a few choice words to them, the completed the work they quoted on the estimate that was approved by my insurance company and myself. Long story short... all of the work quoted and approved was going to be painted over and they would have laughed all they way to the bank. If you use them, make sure you are there for the job from start to finish and know every detail of what they are supposed to be doing. Toilet overflowed March 20, 2019. They came out right away to set up fans. Corey Torres was awesome, he explained the whole process to us. We signed all documents online for work to begin. 1 week went by without hearing from them. I called them to find out what was taking so long. They sent supervisor out to look at everything that needed to be repaired. Set date for everything to be done April 15-17, 2019. April 15 worker came to start drywall but no one came for flooring. I called to inquire about flooring. They sent THE Flooring Center the next day. He came with swatches & only had 2 in stock. If I ordered anything other than those 2 I would have to wait. As I'm looking at the swatches he's inquiring how my floors were damaged . And then wanted to know if I needed anyone to fix my toilet . Your here for flooring not repairing toilets.The flooring I chose wouldn't be in until April 25, 2019. I set appointment for April 29, 2019. Now I have to take off work AGAIN. Saturday, April 26, 2019 flooring guy leaves voicemail saying he can't get a hold of anyone to confirm my flooring has arrived. So he will call me early Monday, April 29 the SAME day as my appointment (which I took off for work AGAIN). Monday arrives and he calls to tell me the flooring hasn't arrived. I contacted GraEagle to request new flooring company. May 6 Las Vegas Flooring sent representative to my home to measure flooring and also so I could choose my flooring. They ordered flooring and we set appointment for May 28, 2019. Once it was completed I went upstairs to check their work. The flooring was installed and they did a PHENOMENAL job!!!! With 1 exception my toilet was taken out of the floor & put in my bathtub & they told me I would have to get someone else to put it back. I called GraEagle they said they would have a plumber come. The next day a plumber showed up to my home while I was at work. No one called to tell me a date or time the plumber would be arriving. I called GraEagle AGAIN and they said they would have plumber come back the next day. May 30, 2019 my toilet was reinstalled & repaired. This whole ordeal began 2 months ago. I don't have the words to adequately express my displeasure without using expletives. If I didn't cuss I would after this experience. All I can say is you can't make this shit up. Communication throughout this process was lacking to say the least. No more GraEagle for me I've had my fill for a LIFETIME read more

GraEagle was one of the companies my insurance company recommended to repair water damage in my home from a water heater leak. The damage was pretty extensive, and required drywall replacement in the garage, water heater enclosure, pantry, laundry room, bedroom, and bedroom closet. The toe kick and shims under my kitchen cabinets had to be replaced, along with door trim in the garage, pantry, and bedroom. The carpeting in the bedroom also had to be replaced. The estimator, Ryan Inman, and the superintendent of the job, Timothy Wilson, were both great to deal with... walking me through everything, answering questions, making sure nothing was missed, and that everything was done to my satisfaction. The drywall and paint crew were awesome; kudos especially to Victor and Abraham. The drywall work was seemless, and the affected walls were completely repainted wall-to-wall and floor-to ceiling. The cabinet and countertop guys were also thorough and did good work. The plumbers had to pull my new water heater out onto a temp stand while the enclosure was reconstructed, and had to take the sink out of the laundry room, and replace it once the work was done in there. They did an excellent job with everything. The company sub-contracted for the carpet replacement was decent as well, except they forgot to install the floor guide for the closet doors; someone had to come out later to pull up part of the carpet and install the guide, and then the carpet company had to return to re-attach the carpet. I think that was about the only hiccup in the repair/reconstruction process, and that wasn't really the fault of GraEagle. GraEagle worked well with my insurance company; the estimates, approval for work, and billing were pretty much completed without my involvement except for signatures here and there. Overall, GraEagle did a fantastic job on the repair to my home. It would have been a much more stressful situation if I'd had to deal with a less responsive, lower quality company. I'll defintely use them again, if needed, and recommend them highly. read more

This company is being ran by a Jerry apparently and is very unresponsive. We asked for an estimate after already having them do work in the past that wasn't even up to par in certain places. Never the less we requested a bid on the 8th. They didn't send one of their four estimators out until the 11th. He apparently notified the owner of the company (Jerry) and at that point the owner Jerry never contacted us back regarding the estimate requested. If you need any type of LARGE , or EXPENSIVE work done. Make sure to steer clear. He took blame for not getting back to us in over a week and then said we are going to decline to do any business. Never the less there was never an estimate given after 8 whole days of waiting. If you do deal with this company I hope they don't drop the ball on you. read more

Being in Property Management, we could use companies like this but...after requesting an estimate and 30 days later being told by John, the Estimator, that these jobs get bumped for insurance jobs, i.e. "jobs that pay", is what I was told exactly, I would not refer this company to anyone. For 30 days we were told that the estimate would be to us tomorrow, tomorrow, then call next week, we'll have it Friday. No estimate. When I called to speak to the Estimator to see when we might expect it, I was told there is no estimate, they had not even gone out to the property. When asked why we were not even given a courtesy call to say they were "too busy doing jobs that pay", no response. So, what Scott F. said in his review, very accurate.
