Will go back because they're open late and I love going to the beaches. Wait staff was nice, our waitress however was more worried about closing two hours before close instead of waiting on us. Constantly brought drink refills that weren't full and then wouldn't check on us. Awkward... Wings were WAYYYYYY over cooked, nachos were dry and sad (the chicken was delicious though), my water tasted like some guy poured it out of his cup... Very disappointed in the taste and service for this being a burger joint. I ordered a custom well done burger with fries and what I got was missing all but 1 custom ingredient and was served with tots instead of fries. I had to wait 5 minutes to get the servers attention to fix the issue due to lack of servers for how busy it was. She brought me the custom ingredients but I had to wait another 10 minutes for my fries and when I bite into my burger it was already cold and was cooked medium. Heard this was the place for burgers and so far the service and food presentation has been THE WORST!! Celery was black on the ends and the pita chips on the hummus chip appetizer were the broken bottom of the bag. Went in at 3pm on a Sunday. It was busy but not packed. The bartender told us he couldn't put food in for over an hour. If it's going to take an hour, that's fine, but he said he couldn't even take our order. That makes no sense, especially when the bar was only half full. It really felt like he just didn't want us there. So we left, and will never go back. read more

Enjoy the first playoff for the Jags in 2018, having bottomless Mimosas and burgers. The service is incredible, our waitress cares for our entertainment and keeps supplying the drinks. Would recommend people to come out here and enjoy a great time here. Usually our jump off but came back today and don't recognize any of the regular servers or manager. I should have known it was going to be a horrible experience when we first walked in. First the manger told us to sear ourselves but because it was so loud in there I couldn't hear him so I asked him to repeated himself. He proceeded to talk as if he had special needs and super slow so I "could understand him. Then we had to wait a good 10-15 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink. I asked for a water and but before I could order the beer the manager said "what are you that cheap or something?" I should have gotten up and left from there but since we had previously frequented for games and it's close by I stuck it out. The manager told my friend that he was going to duct tape her mouth shut. Our server who was in training threw straws at us when we asked for them. I have never encountered a more rude service staff. I'm a pretty laid back sarcastic person but this experience was by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Will never go back. read more

I moved from Jax many years ago, if I had found this place I might have stayed(just kidding). The service was fantastic, the drinks were full and priced right. The burger was the highlight!! Cooked perfect, juicy, and lots of flavor. I'm over 50 and this place made me feel like I was back in my 20's high energy, lots of hospitality. Never saw a manager but the staff did great. We went here on st. Patrick's day and the service was amazing! Our waiter was amazing. They had free bottomless mimosas for the ladies. It was a cold and rainy day so the surprise mimosas were a nice touch. I got warmed up real fast. I loved the music. I loved the atmosphere and we did not have to wait long for our food. I wish I could remember my servers name. All I know is he used to host trivia at sneakers. Anyways love that guy!!!! He's so funny and he has a wonderful personality and it's hard to be in a bad mood around him, you the real mvp whoever you are. My only, literally my only critique is the burger patty. The burgers aren't my favorite. It could have also been just me and my weirdness. They just tasted a little off is all not like they were old or bad but sort like they tasted like hot dogs lol. The is the best sports bar at Jax beach. The food is always great, with a tremendous selection at the bar. Yet to have a bad meal, and we've been coming since opening day. They were great during COVID, as they did their best in a horrible situation. Any questions or concerns, the manager Tony was always there to make it right. The man goes above and beyond every time. Went by with a couple of friends and the service was bad I was ignored a couple times by multiple waiters the food came out late and wasn't properly cooked and when we tried to complain about it they wouldn't take it back. The food was amazing! I went with my cousin and daughter. Everyone was extremely satisfied. I don't eat red meat but if I did I would have had a burger. They looked great. Damn shame. This was our go to for watching games, good food, decent beer selection. Been going for years but some one really screwed up with their new manager selection. He was extremely rude, inappropriate, and down right impolite. Someone blindly hired this guy. The scary part is he is behaving this way in front of new servers he is "training" and they think its funny. It was so bad it was one of those experiences where you wonder if you are being pranked on a tv show. In this case the tv host never came out though. We tried to pay for our drinks and leave but the manager actually threw our credit card in my wife's face. Hopefully he gets replaced with better talent so we can start going back. read more

I'm from Texas so I have high standard on meat and the way things are seasoned. They got that burger down to the T. Atmosphere is good, a place you can go watch sporting events. The open view to a clean kitchen is very nice! The servers were friendly. I like the big screen TVs, ESPN with lunch is always good. My friends got the Sin City burger and it was "good," with no further comments. My other friend had the build your own burger at medium, executed perfectly. Their original graffiti sauce was tasty. I however did not have the most amazing experience. Their veggie burger is not suitable for vegans, nor is the graffiti sauce. I ended up getting the veggie wrap- hold the cheese, hold the sauce. Graffiti Junktion is a burger bar built into the skeleton of a former Burger King - you'll have to trust me on that, because with the insides ripped out, the building is hardly recognizable as such, and instead is a mess of corrugated metal, concrete and exposed beams that shoots for "hip industrial" and lands closer to "Home Depot stockroom". The exposed beams/ceilings/everythings also reflect every sound ever, so even at about 20% full for lunch we were still having to yell to hear each other. It's probably a good atmosphere for weekend bar, but the burgers here range from $10-14, so I'm trying to judge them as a pricey burger place and not just a place to do Jello shots at 2am. They DO have 27 (twenty-seven) TVs, though, so your show is probably on RIGHT NOW. So, the burgers. I ordered the Iron City, which has a fried egg, american cheese, fries, onions and Canadian bacon (bafflingly, more of their burgers come with Canadian bacon than regular bacon). The burger itself was overly thick, underseasoned and pretty dry for medium - most equivalent to a Cheeseburger Charley's, or perhaps a Hardees' Monster burger. Were it $8-9, it'd be fine, but the dang thing is $12, which puts it in the range of Poe's or even Ted's, both of which are far better. The egg was nice and runny (hard yolks on burgers are a bummer), but it didn't really make up for the rest of the sandwich. There's nothing else about the burger that justifies the price - the bun isn't toasted and the Canadian bacon (again, why) isn't strong or salty enough to provide much in the way of taste. The fries were fine; nothing particularly notable there. There's also a variety of wraps and salads available, which I may try if I end up back here, but I'm not actively seeking out another trip to Graffiti Junktion anytime soon. read more
