had a diagnostic scheduled for a Wednesday morning. by end of work day Thursday it had not been started and I had not been updated. when I reached out to touch base I was labeled "playing games and wasting time " and updated with Information totally irrelevant to the service at question. to solve the situation " your welcome to pick up your car we close at 5 " was offered. very disappointed and very unprofessionial. read more

Having a local mechanic that is honest, professional, and reputable is a huge boost to any community. We've been taking our vehicles to Graham Auto in Yelm since we moved here. They provide comprehensive reports on any work they do which makes it very easy to keep detailed records of what work has been done on my vehicles. They have a shuttle service which makes it possible for my wife or I to drop the car off and get a ride back home. Their pricing is fair, and although you could probably find a cheaper mechanic, the peace of mind knowing that my vehicle is being taken care of properly is well worth the cost. Their employees are respectable and friendly, and we will continue taking our vehicles to them as long as we live here! read more

Never again will I or anyone I know and tell never take your car to Graham auto for repair. I have a woman that works in my office take her car there because it was convenient to where she works. Frist time in Sept of 2023 for lack of power and not shifting correctly. After they used their scan tool they performed a relearn procedure on the transmission . Test drove it and said it was running fine, Change an air filter and a light bulb and charged her $572.04. Told her that her car with the amount of mileage the transmission is probably getting worn out. Then in Jan. of this year took the car back, running rough, lack of power after changing spark plugs around told he it needed new plugs , plug wires and ignition coil . And again was told for the age and mileage that is on her car transmission is probably getting worn out, this bill was $840.82 . Then in March of this year for one more time took it back with no power it would take forever to get up to speed . She was told by Christian that it is the transmission and they do not work on Transmissons . I went and talked with Christian myself and that is what he told me and charged her another $169.00 for that information. She is an elderly women that I think was taken advantage of and I told Christian this and he just said no that they are the best with the best tools to fix anything on your car. After paying Graham Auto $1582.22 total 3 times she took the car to T & P here in Yelm also . 2 days later after receiving the part it run,drives and shifts just like new with no problems. It was the Cadilac Converter the whole time. You would think a company that took over $1500.00 for repairs would offer some money back since they didn' know what they were doing or could't read a code that said it was the Cadilac converter but NO just a call from the manager saying that they were Sorry. Never go to a place that wants to scam old people out of money. read more

I took my hunting truck last year to have it fixed. they charge me 800. so week and half later. my truck broke down again. same issues. so they never fixed my truck right the first time. as matter fact what they did has nothing to do why my truck is bremaking down. . I called them no calls back. they even wont help me pay part of tow bill. witch I think they should because they never fixed it right the first time . totally pissed off with them . I sat in their posh waiting room for 4 hours total. (Took two visits for them to figure out what to do with the sloshing sound.) I paid $418 for a flush. Ridiculously over priced. I told them I was going to give them a bad review and they said, "have a nice day." Go somewhere else or get hosed. read more

Called this establishment to set up an appointment. I let the service representative know what I would like fixed on my car. I asked for a price and was told he will call me back never received a call back. A few days passed I called again and said I would call you back same deal no callback. So I went to the establishment and was told the system was down. This place has horrible customer service and don't follow up with their customers. Would I recommend to someone else NO would I use this establishment Hard No. Shopped around and found a cheaper quote and more friendly customer service hope this helps. read more

brought my car in and had some work done. asked them to flush my radiator because the previous owner had just water in it. my thermostat ended up going bad a few days later. not their fault. but when I went to go drain the coolant l, I noticed it was just water still. called to get a refund and was told I had to bring it in to check to make sure. wouldn't give me a refund and was just told they would just give me another flush. read more
