Don't have a fall in their lot. My wife had fall in the unlit part of their lot. She trip over a cement bumper. Magically the bumpers were painted white later. My wife broke her arm two places. Was off work for months. Had a couple of months rehab. Their insurance claim person has lied a number of times. She has done this hoping the two year will pass. This is the best Schwab store I have been to! Super friendly, professional and quick. I went in without am appointment for a tires rotation and rebalance....no wait the went right to work! I use Les Schwab for all my tires needs and of all the stores this one shines. Ken was very professional and helpful. My tires are 35 inch truck tires and balancing them has been attempted by two other locations, always with a slight vibration...had them balanced again today at the Yelm store and they are magically perfect! 2.5 hours for a simple tire rotation and balance. Pretty crazy for those of you who aren't mechanically inclined and don't understand this. Front desk checked me in and said service would take 45 minutes tops since they are NOT busy and I'm first in the queue. This tire center I though I could trust a name like Les Schwab since they seem reliable been around a long time but I took my car there to get a couple of tires put on they stole my wheels and replaced them put mine onto another workers vehicle theirs where all bubbly around the chrome in the center mine where marked that's how I know they where replaced they didn't check my breaks which I thought was automatic when you get tires I know they are bad I had to make a special trip to have them checked then they left my car in the garage without letting me know they where done probably so they would have more time to steal my engine cover they told me my breaks where okay but they are grinding and squeezing on my fixed income I have to wait if you can avoid this dealership you could do yourself a favor read more

I like how they say alot - but do nothing. Les Schwab im calling you out - you ruined a $400 tire and take no responsibility. Every other shop seems to step up but you. Brand new - Asked the tech if he could mount these - he said YES he inspected the tire - brand new flawless He mounted the tire - broke the bead Picked up tires and placed in an enclosed trailer ... Imagine if they where put on my car and driven off and having the tire pop going 60 mph down the road ? Right there for the sack of SAFETY they should replace this tire for not getting more in trouble for what they did. Email me Call me Want manager names ? Want tech names ? So I purchased the Les Schwab tires some time ago because they were their "best tires". I have not had so many problems with tires in 30 years. They say they don't make appointments and complete service on a first serve basis. My car "check tires" light came on so pulled in to see if someone could check them for me. I literally wasn't even parked and a young man was at my door asking what he could do for me. I told him and he directed me to the first bay, guided me in and 2 guys check the required pressure for my tires, filled them and told me to have a great day. Bunch of morons working at the yelm location dropped my truck off to get an allenment at 8:30 in the morning and wasn't told till almost 3:00 in the afternoon that my truck was "to wide" for there lift when I've seen bigger more lifted trucks taken there. They were patient and helpful explaining all of my options and helping me get exactly what I wanted. I would recommend the Yelm branch. They've never done me wrong even when I went in paranoid about something being wrong with one of my rigs. They could've easily lead me astray and charged me for some unneeded repair, however, they said no everything's fine. I appreciate that level ethics in a company. read more

Called Les Schwab at 8am this morning to see if they could do something to help my best friend who was stuck at home w/ a new baby and needed to get her to daycare, and get herself to work. She had a flat and could not drive on it. The person who answered the phone - David - was EXTREMELY helpful. They offered to drive to her place and fill up her tire w/ air so that she could drive it to their shop and get her tire replaced. Because she lived so close, they waived the travel fee!! They truly saved the day. I also love that they allowed me to make payment for her tire over the phone. Thank you!! read more

I went to Schwab today for an alignment.. They told me it'd be an hour, I came back in less than an hour, told me it'd be an hour or two. Some blond lady assisted me, I said we'll I have a lot to do in town and around so could you please call me when you are ready and I'll be here within 5-10 minutes... she said no, I said why not? "We have way too much going on to call people about things" she was rude and totally inconsiderate of me as a customer... So I called Walt's Tires down the road, they didn't have an opening till 4pm but we're totally willing to assist me and have the greatest customer service, I don't mind spending another $10 for personable service instead of insincere service when they only care about their national company standards.. Just so helpful and nice! I pulled in with a "slow leak" in my tire. I didn't have a wheel lock key because it was lost in a recent house fire but the guy at LS didn't let that deter him from taking great care of me. I have been doing business with this Les Schwab for a few years now. David has always been professional and friendly and has always stood behind there service and products. I went in one time to get wheels for my Seahawked out car and was looking for new wheels asked if they had any green ones, with my car being seahawk green David showed me these blue ones and they were spot on really added to the look of my car. I had another incident when I got new wheels for my truck and somehow all the lug nuts came off one of them, fortunately nothing terrible happened to myself or the truck. But Les Schwab took care of me, paid for the towing back to the store, replaced the wheel(even though the damage to it was very minimal) and put new lug nuts on all four wheels. Needless to say I will continue to give my business to this store. read more

Whoa. There are some unhappy reviews here? Im posting about work they did on my car about 6 months ago! I called in and talked to a guy there, they were polite and professional. I have a lowered sports car and he was telling me the price of tires and I was just like shoot, I don't wanna spend that much. He said well, we could put a lower profile tire on and they are actually less money! I had them put those on all the way around and my car got lower than before PLUS I payed less! It was great! Then say about a month ago, I hit a nail on the freeway and ran on the sidewall and totally wrecked one tire.... I knew it wasn't warranty but they were so great I just said fix it and I'll pay for it. They said no problem. Called me later that day, I went in to pick it up all done. And the guy said, You know what? I know its not warranty. But we can help you out on this one. And they totally took care of it! Great service all around. I will definitely be back. Our Family won't go anywhere else for tires! This is the best place locally to go if you need help with a flat, a low tire, brakes, or it's time to change out your bald tires. They aren't like Browns Car Care Center in the same area - these people actually know what they're doing, and care about their customers. Old school customer service where they will work with you and explain what needs to be done. If they can't do something, they won't screw you around or pretend they can. Browns broke a stud off one of our tires 2 years ago and wanted to charged us over $100.00 to repair their techs screw up. A neighbor recommended Les Schwab who fixed the stud for free and then gave us a great deal on new tires for our Expedition. Recently we needed new tires and our brakes done on my wife's F150. The team there helped us pick out the right tires, got the brakes done, and had us back on the road. If you need help - go here! Skinner and Tyler really helped us out. I had hit a pothole on my way home and had a bubble in the sidewall. I was leaving for a trip in the morning and really needed a new set of tires. I made it to Les Schwab about 10 minutes before closing. I felt really bad as I know it was going to take some time to get the new tires on and process the transaction but they stayed and took care of me. I thought it was above and beyond to show that kind of service. They could have turned me away considering how late I came in but they didn't. read more

I had always been a loyal customer of Les Schwab and have bought many sets of tires at several of their locations over the years. Recently they correctly identified a failure with my truck's bearing hub that required replacement. The counterman assured me it was common issues and would only take about 30 minutes to replace. Then he quoted me nearly 400 bucks for parts and labor. Red flags when up in my mind because a job that would only take that long seemed pretty simple...why the high price tag? I went online and found the replacement part and paid half of what Les Schwab had quoted. I found that replacement of the bearing hub on a Silverado isn't much more complicated than changing a tire. Anyone with even a basic knowledge and some simple tools could do it but in the interest of saving time I stopped by my old friend Les to have them slap the part on. Nope. Not a chance. They wouldn't touch it telling me that they didn't want the liability. Maybe I'm dumb, but the manufacture of the part is liable for any part defect. The installer is only liable if they install the part wrong. Anyway, where I come from, mechanic shops put customer supplied parts on for people all of the time. Baydo Chevrolet even does it. But apparently, perceived liability is more important to this business than customer loyalty. I felt stung so I took my part down the road and gave it to John's finish line who was more than willing to win a new customer. They installed my part and did it at what i though was a fair price. I ended up paying a little more than half of what I would have spent had I stayed with Les Schwab. Les Schwab has always treated me nicely and I liked their tires,but in this instance, they weren't doing business with me the way I would do business. To me a business that wants my patronage needs to take care of my needs not try to take advantage of my wallet. For that reason, I won't be coming back. read more
