I've used this company's gutter & window cleaning for several years now. They're locally owned by a young family. Their price is hands down the lowest in Elk Grove & let me tell you, they do a phenomenal job cleaning our windows and gutters! Last year we decided to have gutter guards installed, and again, their price was the best in town! The gutter guards have now been in for approximately 9 months and if you're on the fence about getting some installed, maybe my review will convince you to make the investment! I climbed on the roof last week for a completely different reason and the gutters are as clean as the day Adam installed the guards. They've held up well against the wind & elements. It was nice to not have unplug gutters this past fall & winter! Now time to schedule my Spring window cleaning :). Book in advance... they book up quickly! read more

Awesome! We bought a house that was a foreclosure and was so dirty and neglected. I mean, the tracks of the windows were black and the glass was covered in grime. Adam came out the cleaned up everything for a very reasonable price. It only took him about 2 hours to clean the whole house when it would have taken me a whole weekend. My windows looked brand new. So worth the money. Wasn't a super talkative guy, but that's ok with me. :) I will be calling him for gutter cleaning next. P.S. I had them come out to my place to clean my gutters and they insisted on coming out at 7a.m and they showed up a half hour late , I have a pool in the backyard and told them. I wanted None of the Nasty stuff from my gutters in the pool and I was assured it wouldn't happen, well quess what it happened not just a little alot soooo I said something and the employee said shit happens really who says that , so I call the office and the lady gave me complete attitude so I told her I was gonna write a yelp review, and she said go ahead and I'll just write a comment to your review W.T.H and as she's yelling all this you can hear kids in the background must be running the business out of there home . We had our gutters cleaned and were very happy with the service. We had multiple downspouts that I know were clogged and now seem to flow fine. I had a similar experience as the other reviewers. This company seems to be operating under the name Guttersmith (same phone number). I had them out to install a bit of gutter with rain guard to the front of the house. After they left, I discovered that a big chunk was broken out of a shrub that had been perfectly trimmed into a conical shape. Probably done by carelessness with their ladder. They also left clumps of moldy leaves on the ground that they must have come across as they worked. I have NO patience for workmen that don't respect your property and leave a mess behind. This is a follow-up review to my previous review on 9/7/2015 when we had the drought season. Now that heavy rain and storm have finally arrived and the autumn leaves have completely fallen. This is an adequate time to fully assess their installation of the gutter guards at my home. Not only the leaves and debris could not get into my gutters to clog them like before, the gushing sound of the rain water flowing smoothly through the gutters and out the downspout proved that their Aluma Filter gutter guards did work as promised. Adam came to clean my gutters and came back another time for pigeon abatement. He was prompt, did a great job, and for a fair price. He said the gutters had never been cleaned as there was construction debris in them, so I was very glad to have it done. It took less than an hour and he also cleaned up after himself around my property. He gave me a great quote for window cleaning, too, but I haven't had a chance yet to get that done. I manage a business with 10 buildings that wanted to set up a semi-annual maintenance contract working on an invoice basis. I called for an estimate and they said they would send someone out to give me one. I had to call back a week later and ask if someone was still planning to come out and give me an estimate. The person who answered the phone told me that the owner didn't want to work on an invoice basis, but wanted payment upon completion. I can understand and respect that but they neglected to call me back and let me know this. read more

I am very glad that this company offers a guarantee on their work. We are selling our house, and I called them out to clean the gutters before we were going to have the home inspection. Adam did a great job. When it was in question if the gutters were clogged again (we have a pigeon issue), Adam promptly came right back out to check on it. It turned out to be an error in wording on the part of the inspector--no problem with Adam's work. I really appreciated their integrity in honoring their guarantee. This local firm now appears to be called Guttersmith. I have used Graham Services for a few years for gutter and window cleaning and have always been pleased before. But, along with the name change appears to have come a new approach to their business. Their gutter cleaning prices had increased 33% since the previous cleaning a year before. To be precise, they were at my ranch-style home 35 minutes (at the most) and charged $200. Most of the gutters were pretty clean, except the two locations that required special effort to reach. Have been calling around to get prices for installation of gutter guards. Adam is the only one whose gutter installation prices include gutter cleaning. All other Companies would like an additional $200-300 for gutter cleaning. Further, seen the material they use for the gutterguards - Quality product. I used Graham to install gutter screens couple years ago and they seemed fine. I called this week for a leaking downspout and they made appointment to come out Saturday to fix it but never showed and never called. I stayed home Saturday specifically to meet them so quite irritating. I'm looking for someone else local that keeps their appointments. read more

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I had an appointment with this company at 7am this morning. I woke up early and waited for them only to receive a call at 7:20 am to let me know the drivers could not find an empty spot on the street to park and that my appointment had been cancelled. Well I went and looked outside my patio and saw that there were two spots open directly outside my front door and when I called back conveniently no one picked up or called back. When I had originally called to schedule the appointment the lady was very nice but told me they had gotten parking tickets in the midtown area and were sketchy on parking. I do not even know if they actually showed up or not. One would think they would knock on the door or possibly call before leaving the area? I'm really disappointed to see how many great experiences people have had with this company but unfortunately I can say if you live in midtown look for another company. These people will just bounce before they even let you know that your appointment was canceled due to lack of parking. read more

We really wanted to like this local firm, but they made it impossible. We discovered that we needed gutter work when a gutter screen partially blew off and was hanging 10 feet down in full view of our front window (it is still there). They sent out an estimator who looked and measured and gave us a reasonable quote for cleaning and gutter guard. They came on the agreed upon date to do the work, and were paid in full (we were not present for most of the work). But when we checked the gutters that evening, we found that they had placed gutter guards on much less than what we had agreed upon, and had not touched the main, obvious problem - hence the still hanging gutter screen. I called to discuss this, and they reluctantly agreed to come 2 weeks later to finish the job, but then they canceled the day before and refused to come at all. They blamed their estimator (and us!) for them not realizing that they were expected to deal with the most obvious gutter problem at the front of the house, even though this had been made clear to the estimator and was included in the number of feet of gutter work in their written contract. They offered a partial refund, but it took more calls and finally the threat of small claims court to get it actually paid. Now we'll have to get someone else to do the most important part of the job. Based upon the other reviews, it seems that they do a good job on simple projects when all goes well, but don't deal well at all with any problems with their work. Caveat emptor! read more
