If I am competing a project, odds are I will visit Emigh more than once to get it done.

On top of that, Kira the checker went above and beyond helping my mom. She no longer had the Ace Rewards app on her Samsung phone and wasn't sure how to check for coupons. Kira patiently helped her download the app, get everything set up again, and even found a $5 coupon that my mom was able to use toward the purchase of her screens. It's rare to find this level of friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring customer service. The entire experience was phenomenal from start to finish. When they are busy, it can take some time to find help, but I have found the pro desk to be extremely responsive and helpful. They helped me with getting a pro account started as well as responsive when I needed to return items. They have a great variety of lumber and home and garden items. Occasionally their lumber is a little warped so you have to spend some time looking through it. Their plant sections seem to be well maintained, and the plants we have purchased have always been healthy.
