Had a new clutch put in and they damaged my car in the process and then tried to deny they did any damage. the gears don't shift right it is a manual transmission. Do not go here they are horrible! Also they did not show me the old clutch like I asked them to idk if they even did anything to it because I was waiting on my ride and they called me back and told me my car was finished before my ride even got to me! That's impossible! Also said they adjusted my emergency brake but it literally feels the same and it doesn't even stop the car from rolling down a hill. This Automotive shop was all sugar and honey when they were getting their money but when the job was done and we had a problem with the car a day or two later regarding the work that was done and covered, they gave us nothing but the run around from then on! They wouldn't answer the phone, the few times they did answer they would give excuses and then one day I called and never even got a chance to say anything, all I heard is he was busy and would call back and hung up on me. At this point there was not bad blood between us yet just for the record. But after that I was furious and dumbfounded that someone would so such a thing. He later called back and I told him that was not appropriate he said oh well I was driving. So he agreed he would fix the problem free of charge although he had previously told my husband he would have to pay for the part. He told me to call at 7:30am the next day which I did and then once again he ignored all my calls. I drove out there anyway and then he acted like I didn't call. I said I did and he said well I wasn't here. Once again another lie and more of the run around. He said he was not able to do it today. I said I was tired of this and he said well be tired I don't care. He insulted both my husband and I on the phone later that day when we both tried to call him. Later he even had someone tell us he was not available and in the bathroom. What a coward. He couldn't even be man enough to just own up to whatever his problem was. So now I've paid 1600.00 and still have problems that were supposed to be covered by his work as well as my same old parts he put back in my car instead of putting new parts in as he promised. Friendly until you have a problem. Bought a motor from them for my S10. Put it in my truck and we are having bad issues with it. The motor was said to have a "warranty". My dad called them and they proceeded to cuss my dad and hang up on him. He finally got ahold of the owner Okey Graley, and he cussed my dad and challenged him to a fight. As soon and they find out you have a problem they back out on what they said and fight with you. Spend your money else where! read more

i had an engine put in my car in sept '15 because i had blown up the stock engine and needed a repair. they were GREAT when it was something that they got money out of. they claimed to have a 6 month, 6,000 mile warranty, if anything went wrong, they would fix it for free. well, 4 months, 5,000 miles later, the same 'knocking' in my engine that happened to the first motor before it blew up, started again. i called up there and they told me to drop it off the next morning. it was the friday before christmas when i dropped it off. throughout the process, we stayed in touched, but only when I would call THEM. so, for the next month, it was me calling them and them telling me lies and giving me false dates on when it would be ready. i was told four different times when to call back and how it should be done, "no later than _____." it was all a bunch of BS. after i talked to the owner, Okey Graley, and he told me to call back on a certain day if i hadn't heard from them yet, i called and talked to a very rude man who acted as if he didn't want to be there, and had no care in the world about a concerned customer, trying to find out about their car. this man hung up the phone on me, mid-sentence, after telling me i needed to talk to the owner. I called back, fed up and furious at this point, said choice words, and as i was about to hang up, this man said, "I would be careful to how you talk to me. Remember, we are the ones fixing your car, ya know." how professional, sling a THREAT at a customer, who is just taking advantage of the WARRANTY they CLAIMED they had, trying to get on the road again. I am a college student and a part time employee, and this car is something i rely on day in and day out. my dad went up to their garage that sits behind their house, to talk to these people. Okie Graley came out, and was yelling and cussing and telling my dad to get off his lot, it was private property. my dad was just trying to do exactly as i was trying to do, find out when I'd get my car back. after they disrespect my dad and his profession, my dad finally got a day to when it would be done. i get a call, almost 5 weeks after i dropped it off, saying my car is ready. They left my car in front of the owner's house, on the side of a fairly busy road, at night, with my car key on the windshield wiper. how unprofessional? avoided all contact with me, and wouldn't even speak to me in person, let alone apologize for all the trouble and chaos they created. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ANYBODY ELSE WHO SAYS THEY ARE TAKING THEIR CAR TO THIS PLACE, DON'T. Horrible people to do business with, and it is not worth all of the stress, headache, and anger dealing with them. HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES, OWNER, AND BUSINESS ALTOGETHER. read more
