It was so delicious and did not disappoint, so considering I'm not an expert barista, I can only imagine it tastes even better in person! Coffee is good, and I like the owners' story. It is apparent that they have an appreciation for the coffee plant, the farmers, and the industry. The woman at the counter, whom I think may have been one of the owners, didn't seem especially happy to see me or appreciative of the business. I must admit I was SUPER thrown off that this coffee shop doesn't have wi-fi for their customers!! There are only 3 tables so maybe they don't want people hanging out for hours, but still! This simple service comes with the territory and I definitely won't return for this fact. The quiche was tasty and the portion was generous (1/4 of the pan) but probably appropriate for the price. The coffee is good but the cafe vibe is off. As a traveler I've been to many local coffee shops and am bummed to have to resort to a corporate coffee shop to get some work done. read more

Great service. Great location. They have fresh roasted coffee beans and great espresso. Very friendly and helpful.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of the employee who was taking orders at the counter. She remained calm and assertive when a patron was trying to leave without paying. We were in the process of ordering when the employee quietly told the patron to wait to leave because she needed to pay. We attempted to continue our order but the patron started arguing and getting very rude saying she did pay already. She continued to try to argue with the employee who stayed calm and politely told her she would check the computer for the payment after we completed our order. But the patron would not stop arguing. After a few minutes my husband asked the woman if we could finish ordering. She looked offended but stopped arguing until we were done placing our order. Then she continued to argue with the employee while another family tried to order. We felt so bad for the employee who was doing her best to remain professional with such a rude patron. Finally the employee had a moment to pull up the woman's tab and prove to her she did not pay. She continued to argue about it while paying and then promptly left the shop. The employee looked defeated and exhausted by then but continued to give excellent service to the patrons waiting for their coffees. She definitely deserved a kudos for handling an intense situation with grace and professionalism. I couldn't see her name tag but she had a button that said "lexapro girlie" on it and she had dark hair. read more
