I had a spritz of sorts and my husband had a beer. I ordered fish and chips and it was delicious. The fish batter was very flavorful and the fish was huge and seasoned well. The chips (aka fries) were also well seasoned. My husband enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich as well. The restaurant had several tables inside. Although It took a minute to adjust to the menus and seating/delivery system (no servers), we soon realized it works like a well oiled machine. The coffee needed to cool so I took the time to taste some of the "other" brews and got a hit with their dark lager. This is a uniquely full, smooth, yet hardy version that is absolutely fantastic! There's lots of breweries to choose from in the area and Tidal Creek Brewhouse is a must for both locals & tourists. They have both inside and outside seating. Walking inside, I love breweries where you feel like you've got a full glimpse of the production process. The staff was kind and engaging, talking with customers while also being able to focus on the tasks at hand. I wish I had an opportunity to try the food but I arrived as the kitchen closed so definitely look at their hours if you plan to arrive later. Cool interior nicely decorated for Christmas. It's a brewery, coffee shop, lunch counter with a small dog park and pickle ball courts to come. Good beers, they actually had 4 decent IPAS on tap. I would've given a five star rating except for a hiccup in the service. I came in and ordered a flight. I was almost finished with it, but not quite and went to the bathroom. When I got back they taking my flight away and somebody else was sitting in my spot at the bar. UNFORGIVABLE. I still ordered a pint of the beer I liked the most because I had time to kill before a hotel check in and I can't believe I actually left a tip (but it's Christmas time) but because of what they did I won't be back. They have a number of seating options available from the beer garden with a separate beer window, stage and scheduled live music, table and bar seating inside the brewery, an outside order window access to with plenty of outside seating and a nice section of picnic tables, also has scheduled live music. Food is so good, try anything. Loved their beer options and their shirts and sweaters. We love collecting shirts from breweries and these ones are my favorite. We had so much fun sitting and playing games inside but they also have a large outdoor space. Bring the kids for some fun and walk around the area but definitely stop and try a flight. The staff were so fun, great sense of humor and know their beers well. They also gave us great recommendations for places to try while we were visiting the area. If you check your receipts for a few orders after ours I did order a drink by itself which was for a Cosatal crush and i paid cash because I did not leave my tab open, and it was like litterly a 6oz drink. Maybe you needed to increase the size of your kitchen to handle 2 outside patios and an inside. We had a lovely time at Tidal Creek. We were visiting from out of town and stopped in on Friday night. During our visit, we had a flight and a couple of pints. We sat out side at first, then relocated to the back. There was a very talented musician playing guitar and singing. The beers were wonderful and the staff was very friendly. We loved it so much that we actually came back the next day. We sat inside this time and had a couple of pints during happy hour. We also ordered some fried pickles. The pickles themselves were good. We think they were a tad greasy, and the oil needed to be changed. Other than that, they were good. Now, the ranch they serve them with was really good. We didn't ask if it is premade or house made, but we sure did love it. Again, great staff and wonderful beer. On our way out, we met the owner. He was also very nice. We expressed how much we loved the place, the people, and the beer. We also told him we wish we lived in the area and that we'd join their beer program. I was looking for a coffee shop and I found this instead. It's a brewery with coffee and food. It is cozy inside (possibly due to being around the holiday season and the lighting is soft right now). There is lots of outdoor seating and so inside too. They also have a dog park and a few outdoors areas that look like they might be for outdoor activities. There is an option to order from you table on your phone, otherwise you go to the window or inside to the counter and order there. I am interested to try some beer another time. It looks like there is a nice selection. It was busy-ish inside but there was no one outside (middle of the day at the end of December). I ordered the lunch special with a cup of beef broccoli soup (very flavorful - I would order it again - it was the soup of the day) and the pulled pork sandwich. The portions were very satisfying. The sandwich was excellent - the bun was toasted so it had a really nice texture with a mild but satisfying crunch, and the pork (they said is smoked in house) was lightly seasoned and slightly tangy (a nice change from the sweet barbecue that you tend to expect) and it had a slaw (broccoli I think) that gave a really nice flavor and a really great mouth feel. I would definitely try this again too. I also ordered a drip coffee flight with regular, lavender, mocha and brown sugar cinnamon flavors. The coffee is ok for drip coffee (a bit acidic and weaker than my normal espresso but no funky flavors) and it comes with milk on the side so you can adjust to your own preference. I would say the focus is definitely on the beer and the food and not so much the coffee. I think it would be a fun place to come to for dinner and a drink with friends. I hope to come back sometime with a few people and try out some of the beer. read more
