The most painful pedicure I've ever gotten. After 15 min of waiting (which I'm not upset about) my tech came by and started setting up. She cut my cuticles for what felt like almost 20 minutes until I told her that it was really starting to hurt - I look down and see that I'm bleeding in multiple areas. She forgot to do the dead skin grater thing on my left foot and I brought it up. She responded, "I already did it", I said, "no ma'am you only did the right one". She scrubbed my left foot for nearly twice as long - I finally brought up the pain. Massage? More like her gently caressing me like she was trying to put a baby to sleep. I asked if she could go a bit harder & she did for about 30 seconds, then went back to gently dragging her hands on my legs. She also didn't wipe off the excess oil and I didn't realize until I got in my car. The only thing I'm happy with was the polish. She took her time and made sure to clean off all the paint on my skin. read more

The tech didn't completely remove my old set and when I pointed that out she ignored and kept going. My nails weren't evenly shaped and they did a round almond when I wanted the same shape (stiletto). When I went to check out they tried to charge an extra $5 for "shape". If you want an amazing experience go to the Grandlux on custer. The quality is consistent and they do amazing work. I just went to this one because it's 5 min closer. It was my first time here at this salon and I'll definitely be back! There was no wait, even being a packed salon! They have so many staff members on deck that everyone getting a service had someone working on them all at the same time! I got the nexgen set and the classic pedicure and I have no complaints! The salon was aesthetically pleasing, and a calming environment. They offer many services including massages and facials! They also have package prices for nails and toes which I loved because I saved about 30$ getting both today than I used to at my old salon! 10/10 recommend! read more

I'm so tired of going here to be serviced by non-smiling, sullen girls/women. They act totally bored with a "just don't talk to me attitude" when I explain what I want/don't want. I'm not demanding and I always say thank you. Time before last the young woman was wearing a t-shirt that had this on the front: "I'M NOT SHY, I JUST DON'T LIKE YOU" I'm guessing she thought it was funny and I certainly didn't take it personally BUT it DID sum up her attitude. My most recent experience wasn't much different AND she did a terrible job on my cuticles. They are so jagged I had to use my tools to try to clean up her mess. Unfortunately I didn't notice it at the time because they use oil around the nails. Needless to say, I will never go back there again! read more

The short Asian guy seating ppl never offered us drinks, but asked other patrons around us. The nail tech started on my pedicure and when I asked when my manicure would be done he proceeded to tell me I'd have to wait until someone was available. I then noticed the nail techs going to other folks that arrived after us. He even asked who was on my ticket which I failed to hear him ask anyone else and even stood by the register to ensure I paid at the end. I'm a guy and this place was pretty cool. I took my 2 teenage girls & fiancé here to spoil themselves and the service here was awesome. This was actually my first time coming to a nail salons and I was impressed with how luxurious and ornate everything was. I got my feet done here and the girls got the works done and they loved it. Moved from NY and this place was close to home and seemed like a beautiful spot. I got a gel manicure. It took almost 30 minutes for the girl to get my previous gel off when it shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes. The manicurist cut almost every single cuticle! Absolutely worst place ever, if I could, will give them zero stars. I gave them two chances so far and both the times my nails turned out very bad. Specifically, this time I showed them a picture of what I wanted to get done and they said yes they can do that. In the middle of the session, The technician said that he cannot do the design and will leave the design out. They could not do the shape, length properly or no design. They charged me separately for taking previous nails off $5, long nails $5 , shape $5, design- two French dip $8 . I went there again a day later and said I'm ready to pay extra, If they have technician who can do Flowers design which I thought was very simple. The owner made me sit and said $20 extra and someone will do that. And then she got mad at me and said no we cannot get this done, we dont have staff who can do this etc etc. will never ever go to this place or recommend it to anyone. I have been frequenting this salon for a few years and it has consistently been declining. Originally the female Manager was consistent with keeping the appointments on schedule, but since she's added her spouse as Manager also there have been several appointments that he has messed up. This was the last straw for me, I will look for another salon who actually cares about their clients. I scheduled an appointment TWO WEEKS ago for a pedicure because my normal pedicurist was on vacation. I arrive for my appointment and they inform me I'm late. They had rescheduled my original appointment from 9:30 am to 9:00 am without calling me to tell me. And to top it off, I was in the salon getting a NexGen yesterday and no one said anything to me about the time change on my appointment. When I confirmed verbally I would see them tomorrow morning at 9:30 am...not a word was said. I can't rearrange my schedule continually at their every whim to change appointments because they choose to make last minute changes. If I could give them ZERO stars I would! read more

I love this nail salon! Kendall does a fantastic job on my nails on a consistent basis. If you think a nail needs to be shaped a little more she is happy to do it for you, so don't be afraid to ask! Sometimes you don't even have to. She remembers the clients & just has an overall great attitude. She does waxing too. Overall, the staff is friendly and know how to do what they do! I've noticed lots of nail salons charge $40-$45 for a full set, plus extra for tips and shaping too. They only charge $35 for a full set, tips are not extra. If you prefer coffin or almond shaped nails, there is an additional $5 charge. I get their $45 pedicures. I believe the most expensive is $55. This place is a steal. Water, nonalcoholic beverages, wine, and margaritas are available to clients at no additional charge. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the Craig Ranch/Eldorado area read more

If I could I would rate this place a zero! My experience there was terrible and painful. I do this thing where I try new nail salons so I can eventually find the perfect place. As I normally do I have a photo on Pinterest of a stiletto nail with French black tips. On there website they showed really good prices so of course I was excited until they told me it'd be $60 like wtf for something so simple. Camie my nail tech first did a horrible job, second she made it so very painful to the point she was snapping my finger's, and lastly I hate it when people talk sh*t in a different language but what Camie didn't know was I understand Vietnamese sense my cousin was born and raised there. First and last time I come to this place!!!! Received a gift card from my hubby and went in to give it a try. By far, this was the worst pedi and mani I have ever gotten. I paid for the most expensive pedi and got the worst pedi treatment I've ever had. Nothing extra or special about it....They just rushed the entire time as if I were and inconvenience to them and to top it off they made my cuticles bleed. When I told them that my cuticles were bleeding the technician said it's ok it was a mistake...I was so thrown back by that...no apology?! After that I told her that it was not ok and until then I got an apology. Just awful service.
