    4 seasons

I came here with my mom and sister before a long trip and it was the perfect start! I got the 4 seasons with no cheese and it was delicious and so fresh. My mom got the turkey and cream cheese and they did not skimp on the turkey. My sister got a bacon egg and cheese breakfast wrap and said it was delicious. Overall a great meal, highly recommend!! The workers were also so friendly. The restaurant itself is super cute with fun music.

Grandma Loves You started in Apr 2019 by founders Artin and Sarah Davoodi (husband and wife team), near Yonge St and Summerhill. In 2023, they expanded to Chefs Hall downtown and then Steeles Ave W and Bathurst in Mar 2024. They then closed the original location and opened a location at St. Clair Ave W and Yonge St in Mar 2024. Now, on 2024-12-19, they soft-opened another location at 42 Wellington St E. The grand-opening will be on 2024-12-21. This location is the second one that is a full restaurant with an adequate indoor seating area. Rated best sandwiches by BlogTO and Yelp. From 2021 to 2023, I've tried several of their hotdogs, sandwiches, cookies, donuts, and drinks. Their food is well-made and very delicious. The customer service has always been excellent at every visit. The owners are such nice people. Now in 2024, they introduced salads. This is the first location to accept reservations. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but there is no door-open button. There is one one gender-neutral washroom, but it is not wheelchair accessible. There is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2024-271

I love Grandma Loves You and I'm so happy they opened this new location very close to me. The interior design is very cozy snd the fireplace makes you feel like home. Their cold and hot sandwiches are nostalgic and delicious. They also offer so many creative menu options like "Hotdog, Brie and Jam Croissant". They also have brewed coffee, cold coffee and dessert menu. The owners are very nice and friendly and deeply care about providing great quality and tasty food and top notch service.

Got a French dog to go. Haven't been to this location before and it was so cozy and homey inside, perfect for lunch dates or a study session. Staff were very friendly and food came out in decent time. I do wish the hot dog bun was toasted but otherwise the Brie and blueberry jam went very well together.

Well where do i start with this palace, i had been craving a real Italian sub sandwich, or grinder or whatever you want to call it where you live. I had this craving for so long, but alas, there was nothing worthy of my money, subway? hell no, honestly none of these franchise places would scratch that craving itch I've had for many months. I expanded my search to looking online and came across this place, the reviews were amazing for their financial district this new store, but was a bit out of the way, then walking home one day after work, i look up and the clouds seemingly parted and the suns rays lit up this storefront where i see Grandma Love you now has a new location! well of course i popped in after work and grabbed a cold sub to take home, i ordered the 12" 4 seasons sandwich as i knew i could let it sit for a bit while i got my workout out of the way. It kept perfectly and wow what a perfect reward for a tough workout! this was absolutely delicious and rewarding, The sandwich was stuffed with beautifully shaved meats, and finished with a mayo based house sauce and this awesome pepper pesto that added a bit of spice and zing to the sandwich, to compliment this sandwich it was wrapped in this beautifully fresh and crusty french stick, this sandwich was heaven from the first bite, that type of first bite where you pull back and go damn... this was easily the best sub I've ever paid for, and worth every penny. it was so packed with meats that i could barely get through the 1st half, it was really filling and so satisfying. Man this sandwich was honestly so damn good, i kept thinking about it the next day lol. I am coming back and treating myself to another for my cheat day today. This is my new favourite sandwich shop now, they also serve hot dogs and desserts and even a breakfast, all housed in a really nice space with exposed brick across from the flatiron building on Wellington. I'll be back again and again! Grandma clearly loves me, and i love her!

    Homage to the city

We went in for a late Sunday breakfast, but unfortunately breakfast is only served till 11. We got two sandwiches - a salami and cheese on rye, the Bavarian (ham, sauerkraut, mustard on rye); and two coffees. The sandwiches were amazing - huge portions of filling, and perfectly composed in terms of the various accompaniments. The coffees are cheap, and good - yes there are better coffees around here; but there aren't many places with better sandwiches. It's a cozy place, great seating options, and a wonderful set of prints as a homage to the city. Will come back. And can they start doing all day breakfast?

Hot dog was thin, shriveled and dry, like an old witch's finger. Grandma would never approve!

It should not take 50 minutes to get a sandwich. Go to Saint Lawrence Market, which has better quality sandwiches and faster service.
