The ceviche had great flavor but could've used more shrimp. The only miss for me was the salad--generous in portion but iceberg-based, so a bit bland. I asked if they could cook it more, which I never do, I never send things back bc I'm afraid of insulting the person's cooking skills who is handling my food. But this egg was still clucking. She took the plate, walked into the kitchen, we heard chopping sounds for 2 seconds and she brought it immediately back. She was gone with it for seriously under 30 seconds.
