I ordered the Classic Belgian Waffle (a freshly pressed Belgian waffle drizzled with maple syrup and icing sugar, $12 CAD), along with two poached eggs ($4 CAD) and a peanut butter banana smoothie ($10 CAD). Within 15 minutes Srushti served me the meal, and I was left to look out into the beautiful July skies in Jasper.

The service and food here is excellent. We started off with the prawn and broccolini flatbread, which is basically a pizza. Thin and crispy, just how I liked it. For the mains, we went for the salmon mango salad and the chicken milanase. The salmon portion was very generous and juicy, with perfectly crisped skin.
