Now, I won't return. Situations like this will continue and you have lost ticket sales and concessions from someone who really likes to blow money when there's a special time with friends. We budget $50+ per person if it's a special movie date. I love icees and only eat popcorn at the theater. We sneak in a little, but it's maybe $10 worth of stuff not offered. Everything the theater offers we buy and a lot. Seems like it is standard for your business to be rude and nasty which is sad. I love going out, but I need outings to be worth the money as I have a mini movie theater at home to share with our friends that is complete with blankets and my own terrible service due to my not wanting to get up to wait on everyone always. Let us patronize your business, well not us since you seem to hate people who blow money for fun and expect to be charged for what they've purchased not random fees snuck in. Some of us don't want to argue the fees because we don't want to ruin the experience for our kids or make some fuss and upset others. Instead we just go with it and cough up more than you deserve. They offer a mixture of new movies as well as cult classics. I love that you can order food and drinks while in their reclining lounge chairs and they bring it to you. There are a few things that I noticed can be difficult for those with a disability especially if you don't have a wheelchair. There didn't seem to be any handicap parking near the entrance which made walking to the theater a problem, especially since my mom has a disability. Also, once inside the theater, the main row is kinda awkward to get into the seat when having to use a walker since you have to climb a step to get into the seat. I enjoyed my experience, but I can see how someone with a disability would have a difficult time with accessibility.

If you join the rewards program, you can earn stars that can be redeemed towards concession stand and food purchases. Concessions and food are appropriately priced for a movie theater. Paid $68 ($62+$6 tax) ($23 per ticket for admission and $8 per person rooftop add on) for one adult and one kid ticket (there is no difference in price) with the roof top add on. They give you a wristband to wear which is nice that you can leave and come back. We left to go grab lunch nearby and were able to exit and re-enter easily. Got inside and had to use the restroom. Restrooms are old, run down, some stalls were out of service, paper towels were out, toilet paper out. I saw the restroom being serviced several times but it always seemed to be out of something. My kid had fun but there were areas they were not allowed to access due to not having a flashlight. Kidlet wanted me to buy one but we had no room to pack it. They could benefit from having a flashlight rental program for people traveling. Lots of kids wearing knee pads but my child did not particularly care they did not have them, they just wanted a light. Line to get on elevator to go to roof was long and hot. Roof was hot and there is not a lot of shade. It was cool views and photo ops if you are into that. I wanted to ride the ferris wheel but it was too hot to be out in the sun. Took the stairs back down. I was surprised I kept seeing it was in a 10 story building but there are only 3-4 floors you can access plus the roof. Due to the way it is laid out there are bottle necks that gather and make it hard to maneuver in some places. The restroom entrance is near the gift shop entrance (which is also where you exit) and people were just standing there so it was difficult to get through. Maneuvering the stairs was difficult as well as people did not keep one side open for going up and one for going down, taking up the whole stairway so you had to wait. Overall this was a way to kill some time before going to the airport. Kidlet had fun and they are the target demographic but I would not go back.

The golden pillars, high decorative ceiling and the whole architectural structure of the place is reminiscent to a classic opera house. I've only ever sat at the lower mezzanine close to the loge boxes. The seats are plush and comfortable and roomy enough to not feel like you're atop one another. They also have built in cup holders for your beverage. Their concession stands sell adult beverage and soft drinks or bottled water and popcorn. The prices are akin to that of other concert venues (e.g., a can of seltzer or beer for $13-14). They have canned wine but generally not a fan of wines in a can. I would imagine they would be more of the boxed wine quality but who knows. I've attended the Radiohead x Brahms concert here which was amazing and more recently, Tori Amos. Phenomenal venue for the concerts I've attended! The acoustic is excellent, nice stage production lighting, and the incline of the mezzanine seating are perfect that even if someone tall is in front of you, you will still get a good view of the stage. Their ushers are very helpful and the concession workers are very friendly. Basically, from the moment you come in, there's always someone helping you if you have issues locating your seats, the bathroom, etc. I need to check their event calendar more often and attend more shows here. But they held the start of the concert and we were able to get in before everything started. Inside the venue, it was nice. The bar staff was working really hard and they were very competent and the restrooms were large and things moved quickly. It's a lovely historic facility that was very enjoyable.

I wanted to grab a drink at the Fox, however didn't want to miss out on any of the play standing in long lines. Service: Everyone hustled to get in after going through the metal detector or being scanned by security. There were staff members present to guide you to your seat.
