3 yrs ago I gutted my downstairs unit since I had to redo my foundation…read more There was a stall shower with awful travertine tile mixed with pebble tile -- yuk! I really didn't want to tear it all out- so I decided to use a white cement !! Concrete Exchange knows everything to do with concrete and how to use it on every surface! It came out amazing!! I get compliments consstantly as I turned it into a short term rental!! Then 2 months ago I found n new space for my salon in Sausalito... it had 6 layers of linoleum topped with nasty Pergo ! I ripped it out to the cement slab which was in bad shape- poured fresh concrete and wished I had purchased my stain from Concrete Exchange. After nearly 2 weeks of hell with bad purchase and bad recommendations of stain... Concrete Exchange helped me get it to a beautiful color that I get compliments on daily!! Thank you for the rescue!! I'll only go there first from now on! Totally worth the 2 hour drive!

This company provided advice for installing concrete floors in my 4500 sqft home. After reviewing…read moretheir website and trusting their expertise in DIY projects and product selection, I purchased nearly $10,000 worth of products from them. Unfortunately, a few months later, dark patches formed on the concrete and the sealant started blistering. Despite reaching out to the company 12 times for guidance on how to fix the issue, I received only responses attributing it to moisture in the concrete. I also asked multiple times about the safety of an oily substance in my children's rooms due to this problem, but I received no acknowledgment or response. Now, I'm forced to explore alternative solutions to repair the damage caused by their misguided advice and lack of customer support or just general compassion of someone who trusted their recommendations. Moreover, the recommendations two products that are not within the same product manufactures catalog which, according to the instructions, voids the warranty as well. I would never advise using this company due to lack of knowledge, assistance and customer support.

Where do I begin? We contracted with Litor for a huge remodeling project for us - two full…read morebathrooms, new windows, exterior siding. Immediately we began to see quality and workmanship issues that were continuously downplayed and ignored. All projects were never completed and we were left with structural issues due to their poor installation of the windows (they cut significantly into structural beams to fit mis-measured windows!) We have spent double now trying to correct their shoddy work.

Asher was polite and communicated very well over the phone and yelp. Unfortunately his estimate started at 15k for a bathroom remodel. The bathroom in question has only a shower stall and toilet no counters (dimensionsin photos), all demo was already done except shower (tile and sliding shower door). I have no idea how he came up with that estimate. He told me Nobody would do it for cheaper. He was quite surprised when I told him I had estimates for way less then that. Just to show I'm not blowing smoke I attached one of the estimates to this review. Asher wished me best of luck and left at no time was he rude in anyway. Also for those that care he wore a face covering the entire time. I want to make it clear there is nothing wrong with Asher, I only have a problem with his estimate.

I am extremely disappointed with how Re-Bath handled a serious warranty-related issue…read more About five years after our Re-Bath installation, we discovered extensive water damage in the garage directly below the remodelled bathroom. The damage had gone unnoticed because it was concealed behind a large storage unit. Once uncovered, it was clear this was not a recent issue--there was significant deterioration and visible mold, indicating the problem had existed for quite some time. Re-Bath conducted an inspection but ultimately denied responsibility, claiming the issue stemmed from plumbing work originally performed by another company that partnered with them at the time. That may be their position, but it misses the bigger point: the damage clearly occurred in the past--very likely during the warranty period--and only went undetected because it was hidden. As a homeowner, I had no reasonable way to identify the issue earlier. What's most frustrating is the lack of accountability. When you hire a company like Re-Bath, you expect not just quality installation, but also a willingness to stand behind the work when something goes wrong--especially when there is clear evidence the issue is longstanding. Instead, I was left dealing with structural damage and mold remediation on my own, despite the strong likelihood that the root cause dates back to the original installation timeframe. The contractor I ultimately hired determined that the leak came from the shower cartridge covering and that none of the shower fixtures, to include the tub spout, valve trim, and shower arm cover, were sealed. My advice to anyone considering Re-Bath: get absolute clarity--in writing--on warranty coverage, exclusions, and how hidden damage is handled. Don't assume they will take a reasonable or customer-first approach if an issue arises later. This experience has significantly undermined my confidence in their workmanship and their commitment to standing behind it.

Keep in mind the hardware store was the middleman in the entire process. All communication was between me and Re-Bath. While the entire process was seamless and headache free, demolition and installation took the spotlight. Highly impressive execution. Noise levels were kept to a minimum while maintaining cleanliness at all workspaces. Would've completed in a day but involved city inspection which pushed it to a total of two days. Bernard C. has done an excellent job and can't thank him enough. Very productive and transparent. From start to finish, working from home was no problem with little to no interference. Selecting Re-Bath was a worry-free experience. The warrantee is highly attractive and the flexibility in scheduling is invaluable. Half payment required upfront then pay in full on completion. Happy with the results.
