Shortly after the install the TV dropped down, something broke on mount. Mike and his team came back out, took it down, shipped it to the company so they could fix it (it was a manufacturing defect) and reinstalled it when it arrived fixed. I also wanted to be able to stream music, podcasts and other content from my phone to any room where I had ceiling speakers installed, to a combination of speakers or all of them at once. This would allow me to start listening to a podcast in the shower and continue listening to it over the Sonos speakers as I made my way thought the house. Throughout the entire project Sonos was very professional and they went above and beyond during every phase. During the final installation (which took almost three days) they answered every question I had, made multiple height adjustments to the living room TV and explained the Sonos app and how to broadcast to all the Sonos speakers in the house. They also explained and demonstrated the Alexa dot device and showed my how to configure my music app for Alexa. My remodel was probably a small to medium size project for Sync Systems (I'm sure there are mansions in Sonoma and Napa that have in-home movie theatres for 20 people!) but they treated it like one of their biggest and most complex jobs. Every detail was perfect. The office team was great too, with efficient billing as the project progressed and easy online payment through QuickBooks. The existing AIPhone system is circa 1994 and 2 of the 4 units could not communicate with the front door or buzz it open. We both did some research and found suitable part upgrades could be bought online. He ordered a main panel and 4 replacement handsets. We met onsite a couple weeks later and set about to get the system working again. It turned out it was just bad/degraded wiring at the outdoor panel that was causing the outage. Wiring was repaired and I elected to have him replace all the handsets to provide a "repaired and refreshed" image to our tenants. Gustavo was responsive, punctual, and showed good focus on the task at hand in getting this system working again. I would employ his services again for any future wiring or security system needs.
