Throughout the meal, Olivia returned to the table many times to make sure that we were attended to, and satisfied with our meals. As I mentioned previously, it was my friend's son's birthday, and we came specifically to this restaurant to celebrate it. We were absolutely astounded when our server brought a scrumptious chocolate layer cake with a birthday candle for the birthday person. She also organized the staff to sign a card with birthday felicitations. Such a kind gesture on her part! In summary, I highly recommend Burton's Grill as it is an amazing restaurant. I tried a pastry, and it was definitely more than a day old because it was stale and dried out. I was surprised that any food at a place like this should not have a quick turnover of their food and freshness should be paramount! Perhaps they saw an unfamiliar face that probably wouldn't know any better and decided to push old food on a paying customer in lieu of disposing of.
