The walls were covered in dollar bills and license plates, which gave the restaurant a lot of character and made it feel like a place with stories to tell. I prefer more tang on the sauce. I think the sauces run sweet as I thought the champy sauce was a little too sweet over mustard-y. Good fries with great texture and seasoning. I also got the green bean sides which were a little soft but great, depth of flavor as it was clearly cooked with pork. The potato salad was good if not memorable. The kids loved the banana pudding. A little too much of the cream and not enough pudding but otherwise worth getting. All in all a strong chicken spot to visit while in Chattanooga.
