Got a glazed donut. Just the right amount of sweetness on the glaze. Good texture on the donut. Service was very friendly and prompt. There are 2 tables available inside. Parking will probably be a challenge since GD is located in a small strip mall. I was able to find street parking around the corner.

Large variety of donuts & drinks. Friendly service. A few tables inside and very clean. Small parking lot.

I love this family owned donut shop! They have been in San Pedro for 32 years+. The donuts are always freshly made. My favorite is the chocolate filled with chocolate chips on top. It was so good, I didn't get to take a picture of it before chomping down on it The java chip frap is a solid choice if you want a frap drink with a little crunchy surprise. It's great because it doesn't have too much coffee which I like. It's always clean; the floors, the counters, the area where they keep the donuts. That's a plus in my book because I've seen some dirty donut shops which make eating their questionable. Not here though, it's sparkling clean all the time. They have a quaint seating area inside. I've only sat here once, but I see people sitting down there all the time. The staff always greet you with a friendly smile. The wait isn't long either because they have multiple people taking orders. They also have multiple registers now which makes ordering much faster. Great job, Granny's! I would definitely recommend if you're in the area or want to make a trip to try these decadent donuts. Did I mention I have taken granny's donuts to family gathering's and the donuts are always a hit? Definitely consider them for the upcoming holidays

I love supporting locally owned donut shops! I don't eat sweets much unless I'm traveling or with random cravings. It was a weird time of day so it wasn't busy. Quick service! They're attentive to customers. I got a glazed donut while my older sis got a plain donut with chocolate icing. Yum! Light and not overly sweet. Cheap price too at around $3. They sell a bunch of different energy drinks, Gatorade, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, and even cup noodles. Not a ton of parking spots in the lot. I'm sure there are peak times when parking is a toss up. I'll be back here soon!

Great selection of drinks and donuts are always fresh. My favorite is the maple bar simple delicious yummy and they sell so many they almost always have them warm. I've never had a stale donut from here or something that tasted funky or like old oil. They also have yogurt and ice creamparking lot is small but also nice because you can keep an eye on your vehicle area is not sketchy very nice park next-door. Also small patio to enjoy your donut and a newspaper perhaps? Selection of coffee is good. They have multiple different brews and pump tops and love the happy positive vibe and customer service.

The first thing I saw when I walked through the door was the "Order Here," which I did. But if you're not technically inclined or want to place your order with a human being, you can do that, too. There was a gentleman behind the counter, ready to take orders. The self-serve ordering was pretty easy to use. I ordered the Mediterranean bowl and a bottle of spring water. You grab your own number, type it into the electronic ordering screen, pay, and find a table. There are more tables outdoors than inside. There are enough, but the tables are a little crowded inside, in terms of spacial location. There's a soda fountain machine located in the back. I found a table. My food and bottled water didn't take too long. My Mediterranean bowl was fresh and absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. All fresh ingredients. The kale wasn't dry. The bread was fresh, but a little salty. Staff are friendly and efficient. I noticed they clear tables right away, after customers leave. Parking: Plenty of free, shared parking lot.

This place is a sleeper. The reason why I say that is because if I pass a place that reads pizza…read morefor take-out, I imagine budget quality. And the food from here was expensive in taste, and not costly either. What I want to eventually say, is that this place has unique pizza flavors, excellent service, moderate prices, and eye-catching ecore that makes the wait for the take-out order seem less, cause one can distract themselves with the cartoons on the wall. Preapre the brick pizza oven a review will be baked that honors this place with robust prose. I was celebrating a friend's birhtday. And the day got gone, without me really placing attention to the food I was going to honor him with. I had been invited to this place in the past (a Yelp experience) and I found the food good enough to remember. So I trusted that this place would somehow deliver cheese and sauce goodness to honor someone I consider a brother, from another mother. And to be honest, this place was close enough to be a choice option. But now the relatively closeness to this place is a plus, the food is the reason why I am going to go back. I surveyed the menu and I decided to do the Sausage Hunter, without the mushrooms. I realized that Sausage Hunter could be a name of a movie about a cougar gone wild. And the pizza was fantastic. The main flavor pop was the sausage. It provided meaty flavor and the fennel elevated the taste to Mozza-like quality. Not that this place can compete with Mozza that is not the point. More like the pizza of this place was unique enough to be called gourmet like the type you find at Mozza. And the pizza here was more accessbile in taste, price point, and does not require one wear shoes. One can enter here in sandals. I do not think I can do that at Mozza. Maybe. I won't try though. This place does not do itself justice with its name. Perhaps it can be called Piccini Gourment pizza to-go. Regardless, the pizza was a standout: White sauce, dollops of pesto, parmessean, mozzarella, and care. Hopefully one can see that these ingredients are not run of the mill pepperoni and olives. Even writing them seemed decadent and like I had enter a Nonna's kitchen on the eve where she was cooking for her only grandaughter's wedding. On this day, the sauce had to be white, in case she spilled it, it would match the dress. Imagine if she spilled red sauce on her white gown? Nonna's know what suace to make for each day. Since I rushed through my day I did not have time to buy plates, napkins, and forks for the mini party i was hosting. And yet I had a cake to provide to someone and also this pie. So I asked one of the workers, in a hushed whisper, do you mind providing me extra plates, and forks and napkins. And she was like how many? Anhe md I with a feeling of guilt I said 15. My inner person cringed. I got ready for the no, perhpas delivered in an italian accent. And the person who helped me said, I got you, with happy conviction. She did not make me feel like an ogre who pillaged a village of its straw and pitchforks to give utensils and comfortable seating for his ogre friends when he forgot to purchase these items on the way to the pit where the party was being held. Her behavior was attentive past the line of service. It was no wonder her name was Precious. I took a clip of the mural. It looked like a serious artist painted with crayons. It showed gelato and people about to kiss while racing to the center of a spaghetti strand. It had many things to see and wonder about while you waited like I said at the start of the review. So there was thought here, I think. What can stimulate people while they wait for their pizza besides their phone? Colorful images. It works with kids and cartoons. Why not with customers waiting for their pizza? This place will be on the rotation when i want pizza.
