We enjoy going to this location especially when we are in the area. The selection of meats and veggies are always fresh. There is plenty of seating, and it is clean inside and well kept. There is plenty of parking available and it's on ground level for easy entry. We had the pleasure of having (Jennifer) make our sandwiches, and we also had an enjoyable informative conversation with (Juanita)Who also rang us up on the register. It was very pleasurable to have Jennifer and Juanita help us in ordering our sandwiches. We ordered turkey and provolone subs, as well as tuna and provolone. Jennifer helped make the sandwiches, and everything was proportioned perfectly. She even knew how to put the vinaigrette on the sub and didn't drown it like how other locations do. Jennifer, and juanita helped us to understand what some of the different sandwiches had in them, for we didn't know this information. Now we have new sandwiches to try. Jennifer and Juanita's attitude was so nice and helpful. It actually brightened up our day just to be able to go into an establishment and have a conversation with like mind people. My most recent visit, it was not great. So initially I was greeted upon entering. I was looking over the menu, and one of the sandwich artists accepted a text while making a to go order request. The employee was a young adult, so not sure if she was advised during training of what to do/not while on the floor when working. But I assume the manager on the floor, asked them to put their phone away. The employee said, "Oh she doesn't mind". So I just looked and thought it's not appropriate to text in the middle of making an order in front of customers. So the manager on the floor started making my sandwich, and another employee stepped in to finish. They asked me if I wanted it Mike's way. I replied ,no that I only wanted what came on the sandwich. They asked again if I wanted lettuce or tomatoes. I smiled, and replied no thank you only what originally came on the sandwich. I specifically requested to NOT have "contactless delivery." I came by after work for a sandwich. The service was super slow. The counter where they make the sandwiches was covered in oil and vinegar and other condiments so when my sandwich was slid down, the outside of the bread got covered in gunk. While I was ordering one of the coworkers from the back came out and asked the girl making my sandwich what she wanted from Starbucks while I was trying to describe what I wanted.
