    Special Menu. February 2026

4.5 Stars* Came here after playing basketball with a friend and he suggested this place since this place was the only few places open late in the area. It was a Wednesday night and it was pretty busy. Dined at the table in bar section. Started off with the premium bucket ($25) of Modelo. Bucket filled with ice. Very cold and refreshing. I will say that it was hard to decide what to get since everything sounded so good. Ended up getting the Prime Rib Sandwich ($19) which comes with fries. Sandwich was great, especially with the au jus and horseradish mayo. It's a big sandwich. The fries were seasoned nicely. Had a really good experience and I will be back to try the drunken chicken sandwich, pizza and wings. I highly recommend this place if you want great food while catching the game or catching up with friends. * Reasonably priced * TVs to watch the game at the bar * Parking in the back and street parking * Specials for dine in * Good service

GREAT food and large portions! Went with my family and everything was so delicious! My mom loved her huge burger that had perfectly cooked bacon and came with crispy sweet potato fries that were so good. My sister loved the chicken francese and I really enjoyed the chicken Marsala! Lovely amount of chicken and the mushrooms were so flavorful. The steamed broccoli and baked potato were perfect sides to dip into the sauce. Love that the entrees came with a salad starter. Yum! Docking one star as it was tough to get water and service from the wait staff though they were all very nice.

Grant St. Cafe 25 Grant Ave. Dumont, NJ 07628 Dude Chicken Wings Prosciutto & Baratta Salad Sliced Filet Mignon Platter Jameson Irish Whiskey Burger Chicken Parmesan 14" Pepperoni Pizza Cookie Dough Cake Conveniently off Washington Ave. where President George Washington once actually passed is a pub with great meals and deals! Stop in anytime on Monday through Thursday for discounted entrees; each day is a different special. One of the specials offered on Wednesdays are different parmesan entrees. With a difficult decision to make, I chose chicken and was not disappointed. The marinara sauce with a touch of Parmesan cheese is the way to go! Thursdays are wings. The dude wings are smothered in sweet Thai chili sauce. There's a whole bunch of flavors to choose so make multiple trips if you want to try them all! Even if you miss any of the specials, you will still have a really great time. The prosciutto & Baratta salad eats like a meal. It can easily feed a couple. You can never get enough onions and gravy as you chow down on the sliced filet mignon platter. Underneath these delicious toppings are the thinly sliced steak and buttered toast. The best part of the Irish whiskey burger are the frizzed onions. This bad boy has several toppings so you'll get the best of many worlds! Whether you are looking to dine indoors or outdoors check out this local spot as you won't be disappointed. With so many entrees to choose, especially on Special days, no one can eat just one! #grantstreetcafe #GrantAve #washingtonave #jamesonirishwhiskey #Sweetthaichiliwings #filetmignon #salad

Have read the great reviews and finally checked it out! Would be 5 stars except for the poor service. Took a while to have our order taken even though it wasn't particularly busy. Am guessing our inattentive server forgot to get our food and and it sat for a while. When brought by a different server our food was luke warm. Nice selection of dishes, tasty food, generous portions, and reasonable prices. I look forward to going back and hopefully getting hot food!

I work in Bergen county and my coworkers talk about this restaurant all the time. I had an errand to run up here today so I decided to go. It was 100% worth the hype it was given. The food was incredible and the service was great. It was super cute inside and had good vibes. I will definitely be going back ASAP!!!

Place is the most perfect balance between a restaurant and dive bar. The setting makes you feel like you can grab a brew with your buddies after work or come here with your family. If the GWB didn't cost $16 to get back into NYC I'd be here more often. One of the best pizzas I've had. I was staying over my cousins for the weekend and we literally came here 3 days straight...it was that good. I'm not a barstool guy because I'm not sure who made Portnoy the 'za police but he gave it an 8.2 for whatever that's worth. Some people may think it's too thin/crispy, but I personally think that's what makes it.

Local pub that was surprisingly popular for a weekday lunch. They have great local beers on tap. The Reese's chocolate espresso martini was delicious. Sandwiches were large and tasty. Very reasonably priced menu. Server was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely go back to try the pizza.

This place is such a gem. Anytime I'm craving great beer, cocktails, food and impeccable service this is the place I immediately head to. This place is always decorated beautifully for all the holidays and in the warmer months, they have excellent outdoor dining. Everyone who works here is just so amazingly personable and helpful. As soon as I'm done w my meal I'm already thinking about my next visit.

If you haven't been to Grant Street yet you definitely must go. If you do go make sure you make a reservation because the place gets busy. There are two sides one that has a bar and the other side that is a more casual dining room. The bar is always busy and the bartenders are very friendly. Check out their website, every day of the week they have a daily special. We recently just went on a Wednesday when they do the parms and pots and you're able to get a Parm dish for $14 and a salad is also included. It was delicious and there was so much left to take home. Another big hit is their pizza. My husband loves the pizza there. The TP eats is his favorite with the vodka sauce and pepperoni.

What a place! Bon Jovi and Bruce tunes playing, Mets game is always on, about 20 taps with a lot of local beers and phenomenal pizza.. The staff is excellent and the prices are unbeatable.. This reminds me of Lee's and Jimmy Max where I grew up in Staten Island. It's a great neighborhood spot and worth the trek if you don't live nearby.. My wife and I are only in this area for a few months for work but this is a must every week. Happy hour has $5 beers and $8 wings on Thursdays.

Is it very noisy? A small group of sixty somethings planning dinner. Not yet ready for hearing aids but we don't want to shout to be heard.

It depends where you sit and the time you go. It can get so busy - we left one night cuz the wait was too long. They have booths in the bars area (easier to hear) and the dining side is quieter - outside has a variety of table arrangements - maybe…

Tenafly, NJ 07670 French Dip Tater Tots Marshmallow Soft Serve Appearance: 10/10 Taste: 10/10 Located in the Riveredge Row Strip Mall at the intersection of Riveredge Road and Tenafly Road is a locally owned high end sandwich shop. Let's check out the two course meal I explored: French Dip: This signature sandwich was loaded with shaved prime rib, bits of bell peppers and was topped with melted swiss cheese. It was perfectly diagonally sliced on an Italian baguette. The beef was tender and juicy; also included was a savory au jus and a sharp horseradish sauce which both enhanced the flavor. I was more than satisfied down to the very last bite. Tater Tots: The tots make an excellent side to the sandwich. They were crunchy on the outside while soft and pillowy on the inside. The ketchup is a pretty decent, but the garlic aioli wins the dipping contest by a long shot. Marshmallow Soft Serve: To close out the meal, I explored this heavenly dessert. Roasted marshmallow is added to the base of the ice cream. The appearance may be simple and plain Jane, but its rich, smooth, and creamy taste is in a league of its own. As a bonus, a complimentary water cooler with ice and lemon slices is available. If you do not wish to drink water, a variety of cans and bottles are available for purchase. Thank you server Hailey and the cooking crew for preparing a flawless meal. #the130shop #130shoptenafly #frenchdipsandwich #marshmallowsoftserve

What does one do on the day between Ash Wednesday and Friday in the first week of Lent? Eat MEAT!!!…read more If you are looking for a fantastic food oriented small business to accomplish this task, @the130shop has a menu full of meaty goodness. #The130Shop 's powers that be decided that @BigDudesBigFoods needed to try everything on menu! We started with the "French Dip" with plenty of au jus. Batting second was a delicious "BaconGrilledCheese" with cheddar & chihuahua cheese and some savory tomato soup for dipping. Joe & I hit up the "1/2. LB Meatball" samich next which was so good that you think that you are at a place that strictly makes meatball parm sandwiches. We tried the "130 Cheeseburger next with bacon lettuce and tomato . This double burger masterpiece is piled high and tasty too. As though there was any room on the table in came the "Buttermilk Fried Chicken" with cherry peppers, coleslaw, pickles and sherry Aïoli. That is no ordinary chicken sandwich. Also in this cruise buffet rivaling feast was a "Chicago Style Hotdog" with the works, perfectly cooked shoestring fries and crispy "tater tots." There was not a bad bite in the bunch. My favorite was the Bacon Grilled Cheese and I think Joe's was the 130 Cheeseburger but he also liked the horseradish sauce that came with the French Dip. Not that we want to disappoint our followers but there were doggy bags involved. The 130 Shop is really cool spot in Tenafly,NJ with a great staff and amazing chef.‍ It's part of a trio of establishments in the area with 130 Club and 130 Social. There is a beautiful raw bar area, lots of seating, and overall just a really good atmosphere for a group lunch or even drinks after work. The staff was on point the entire time. We were a pretty big group and everything still came out smoothly and nobody ever felt forgotten which I appreciated. We started with oysters and they were fresh and really good. Definitely one of the better things we ordered. The fried calamari was okay but not something I would specifically come back for. The Caesar salad was actually really good and I liked that it had anchovies in it because a lot of places skip that now. I ordered the lobster roll and thought it was the perfect lunch portion. Enough food without feeling too heavy after. Other people at the table ordered burgers, steaks, and pizzas and everyone seemed happy with their meals. The pizzas especially went fast. Overall really good experience. Good food, great service, nice atmosphere, and a menu with enough variety that everyone found something they like.

I enjoyed my linguini fruit de mar which had a fresh tomato sauce and lots of different types of seafood. Kids enjoyed the pasta too. My wife had the fig and prosciutto pizza which had that nice sweet fig taste. The apple beignet was delicious but I would not call it a beignet - more like a... pocket? Portions were sizable. New York city prices. $11 for a side of french fries. $36 for my pasta. $75 for a paella for two.

Was not disappointed at all, first off 50 bucks for 4 people, where can you go and spend 50 bucks for 4 people? I spent 33 bucks at Wendy's the other day for me and my kid. So 50 bucks for 4 people for 3 courses in awesome! We got the ceasar salad, which was good and they gave us plenty of dressing and didn't skimp on the croutons or cheese. Next was rigatoni with oil and garlic and I gotta say I don't know what they did to the roasted garlic but it was amazing, like I was picking all the little pieces out of the pan it was so good. Then we got the sausage and peppers and if that wasn't enough they threw in meatballs with it as well. There was more than enough food for the 4 of us and we are big eaters. We settled on burrata and a fried vegetable appetizer. The burrata was good but the fried thing was even better. I wish I could remember what it was because it was so good. I guess that's what I get for writing my reviews 2 months later. It was some kind of vegetable stuffed with cheese, battered and fried. It wasn't too oily and all the flavors and textures went well together. For our entrees we went with linguini in clam sauce and cavatelli, broccoli rabe, & sausage. The linguini was a solid plate of pasta. Linguini, clams, sauce. It tasted exactly how you expect it would and the pasta was cooked well. The cavatelli was much more interesting to me. The different textures and flavors really made it a joy to eat. The pasta was al dente while some of the sausage had some crispy bits to it. And the broccoli rabe kind of made me feeling like I was eating somewhat healthy The ambiance was nice if not a little dated. Not bad though, it was cozy. I'd come back, but not too often.
