Absolutely amazing service. I'm from Arizona and was traveling through Grants Pass on my way to Medford. Right outside the city my tire decided to blow out. I had my car towed to Grants Pass Tire Pros as it was right next door to the rental car company. Let me tell you I'm sure glad I did. Turns out not only did my tire blow out but there was a massive crack in my wheel. They went out of their way to call around local spots to get a wheel that would match my vehicle. Not always easy to do on an older BMW model. I'm blown away with the effort they put in to get me back on the road asap. I wish I had this kind of service back home! read more

While on vacation we noticed our tire seemed low. We drove in and asked them to check the tire for any leaks. They checked 3 times and it was ok. They did put a little air in. They were busy but took the time to help us right away. No charge! Awesome! read more

We bought tires here to save a few dollars. Not worth it because the customer service is not great. You need to schedule an appt just to have the tires rotated which I did. I was gone for 2 hours and this had not been done by the time I got back. Back to Schwab we go! read more
