The food is good and our server Brittany is the best server we've had! She's funny and nice and actually knows the menu. She has a great sense of humor and is very kind towards her customers. It was a busy Friday night and she was able to take the time with each of her tables making sure to give her customers what they needed. She's the only server we will ask for when we go there and we go often. She is their #1 server! She said the chicken parmesan was good. She was right it was good and the sauce tasted delicious. The pizza is good too but we didn't get pizza this time. I wanted to try something different and my girlfriend got their chicken sandwich Italian style and it was good she said. They "don't do wings anymore" and they are rude when informing you of this. Maybe just raising prices would be a better way to handle it or at least don't be a jerk when informing your customer that your wing shop doesn't do wings. read more

This has happened a handful of times, not just a one off bad day. It's very clear they take customers for granted. I will not be returning to this business. read more

Good place for pizza but not the place to call if you want delivery or pick up service. Every time I call there to place an order after 8 rings someone picks it up and asks me to hold. I hold for 7 - 10 minutes and then they hang up on me. I call back and again get put on hold. When someone finally answers I begin to ask about the phone system but, all they do is push for an order and complain that the phone is ringing off the wall. Then a live person hangs up on me. Since every time I call someone either hangs up on me or I hear the call getting transferred to another line and then no answer, i have decided not to ever call again. They obviously do not have a phone system to handle the amount of calls they are getting and the employees don't know how to work the system they have. You would think that the owners would try to resolve this problem. I guess they are selling enough pizza that they don't care but, I have been a customer for 20 years. read more

We lived in Pickerington for over 2 years before trying Grapevine. We love it! Cheap (good) drinks, solid menu and great service. Their salads are especially good if you're not looking for pizza but the rest of the family is in the need. The antipasto salad is our favorite. I have also tried a few is their sandwiches and found them to be pretty tasty too. Seems to be a regular crowd at the bar every time we come in, the neighborhood bar vibe is cool. read more

Omg where to start. Grapevine is AMAZING!! Great prices on drinks, and their food is so so good. I always get the pizza. I've been struggling to find the perfect pizza since moving to Columbus. My boyfriend introduced me to Grapevine Pizza and well, he created a monster. This pizza is the bomb! Please don't confuse it with the other Grapevine as there is one close to it. Great pizza joint! I actually enjoy dining-in better than carry-out at Grapvine, it just has a nice cozy feel to the place, service is excellent, and there's nothing better than a piping hot pie fresh outta the oven. Love the salty popcorn while slugging down a cold brew as you wait for your order to be up. I usually just get a pep & cheese, the pepperoni is cooked to a perfect crisp on a nice crunchy thin crust. The hawaiian pie is pretty good too. Only grumble would be the poor beer selection, I wish they had some decent brews on tap. read more

Went to this place on the recommendation of others and it just fell short of any expectations. Went as a party of two around four o'clock on a weekday so it wasn't busy, and yet, the service was dreadful. We split some boneless wings as an appetizer and they were nothing beyond frozen chicken nuggets most places use as boneless wings. I've ordered from them many times but took my Grandparents in to eat. The waitress was awesome. I ordered potato skins which I didn't like. The bacon was way too chewy. I also had the antipasto salad and it was fabulous. My Grandma kept saying it was the best pizza she ever had in her life. Will definitely go back. My kids loved the endless popcorn. I can only in my mind give this two stars. My husband really likes this pizza and I don't think it's the best pizza I've had, but it's pretty decent. If I had to choose, my favorite thing on the menu would be the garlic cheese sticks. I'm partial to any garlic cheese sticks, so while there isn't anything overly special about them, they are tasty! On to the service - since I'm typically the one who calls in (we're usually carry-out), it never fails - the person answering the phone sounds either a) like today is their last day on Earth and they're stuck at work or b) like they put salt instead of sugar in their morning coffee and they're overly bitter. Basically, not once have I spoken to anyone who's even close to friendly. I'm a pretty nice person and am always appreciative of people I do business with, but when they cut you off and hang up while you're thanking them, it gets very disconcerting. And being busy and handling several calls/carry-out customers in a row is not an acceptable excuse. read more

We have always enjoyed the food here. Good pie and big meaty buffalo wings. The service is spotty though. Tonight for instance we ordered some appetizers and wings. Grapevine Pizza has been our favorite pizza since moving back to this area 9 months ago from out of state. The past 4 pizza's however now have about 30% less pepperoni than in the past. I don't know if this is just the Pickerington store but it is very disappointing to see the quality start to go downhill. New manager? New kitchen help? Decided to try their pizza and Italian sub tonight. Pros the pizza has a nice crust and cheese. That is where it ends! If you like hardly any sauce (which if you do happen to get some it lacks flavor) and lots of grease this is the pizza for you! The sub was ok at best. The pepperoni they use on this sub is the exact ones they use on their pizza which are small and not fit for a sub. Not the worst I've ever had but far short of the best! Grapevine has great pizza and I have spent a lot of money there over the past 21 years. However, the absolute rudeness of the kitchen manager has caused me to take my business elsewhere. Twice over a two week period, the delivery driver forgot to bring our pop with the pizza. So, when I stopped to pick up a carry out order I explained the error and planned to pick up the pop that I had already paid for. Well, the very rude kitchen manager did not believe me "because most people call and report the error" sooner. Never fails when I get their baked spaghetti, best in town and neighboring town. I absolutely love the baked spaghetti it's cheesy and saucy and just plain GREAT.
