I use these guys all the time for urgent, drop-dead deadline jobs. They always come through. I send my files to them via email and on a couple of occasions the files I sent didn't go through, (I did not follow up soon enough) putting me in a bind --Graphic Lab does everything to get them done and delivered and make it happen. It is so hard to find a Laminator who can do 60" wide format posters. I own a restaurant use very large posters for menu boards. Carmine from Graphic Lab delivered as promised a error free graphic printed poster that was 5 Feet Wide by 9 Feet Long laminated in a Matte Finish. Last Wednesday, I found out that I needed shirts and hats custom embroidered for an event that Friday. I spoke with Chris and Adam and although rushed they said it would not be a problem. They were both extremely patient and Adam was kind enough to do multiple mock ups of the embroidery design until we liked it. A graphic for a client that was exhibiting at Javits was caught in the aftermath of hurricane Sandy and could not be delivered from or picked up at the shipping depot in Newark. We got word of this so late in the day that I went online and found Graphic Lab, the first lab that turned up in my Google search. This was at 3pm on a Friday in California (6pm in New York). After a brief conversation with Bob, and an email exchange of artwork, he was able to produce the panel and have it ready in less than two hours for someone from my team to pick up. Choosing a lab straight from an internet search is putting blind trust in someone which can be disastrous, but with Graphic Lab, it payed off! This company is awesome! I had a very specific, detailed, one piece order that several other companies in my area blew off. SO happy I decided to check if any one in NYC was willing to do it, Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and helpful. They answer emails surprisingly fast. The order was done quickly and exactly to my specifications. I had emailed them a last minute concern and when I didn't answer there response by the time it was my orders turn to be printed they called me instead of bumping it back in line or proceeding without my OK. Carmine totally saved the day!!! We should have gone here first and will definitely go back again. Totally wasted our time with Kinko's, Staples and another print shop trying to get holiday cards printed. We originally ordered from Staples on a Monday and by Friday our order was still "out for print" in Minnesota. How in the world Staples, of all places, in Manhattan, of all places, couldn't get this done on site and on time is beyond me. After running around trying to get these cards printed, Carmine at Graphic Lab had them done in less than 2 hours. After hours of calling and running around, nobody else had the right paper in stock or could get it done until the next day. Our holiday cards look great and they totally held true to their word about getting it done in a "New York minute"! I submitted a request for a quote, which I received a confirmation email that they'd be in touch within 1-2 hours...5 days later with no response I followed up, and was asked to forward my request. I gladly did, then a short time later received a call from Rich Campisi. He told me I had no common sense because I didn't request a specific type of shirt. He was outrageously rude, then hung up on me when I asked a question. After reading through other reviews of Graphic Lab Inc and seeing so many horrible experiences involving Rich, I'm shocked he is still allowed to communicate with customers. read more

Their displays are really cool which was why i decided to give this store a try but Guy named Chris was being very impatient. i was gonna put in a small order for one poster and at the end I decided not to spend $95 on it. Chris said i wasted his time when my entire stay there was really only less than 10 min long. Customers change their mind all the time and it can happen any minute. I came here to get my team running t-shirts printed for the upcoming NYC marathon. It was a small batch of shirts so it didn't cost a lot for initial set up ($15) and the actual cost of each shirt to be printed ($15 for each shirt). Just a note, they don't provide t-shirts so you will need to bring your own shirts and send your work to them. I just had our team logos printed on the shirts and overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the print-out. They also have a really quick turnaround. My work order was done within a day, which was way faster than I anticipated. The staff working there are generally helpful except for one I spoke to who didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. I guess I have to give him credit since my work order was completed successfully. Their office is located on the 4th floor of a remotely, unnamed brick office building but there are signs outside that tell you where to go. It's NYC, so it's hard to get lost. :) read more

I called Graphic Lab Printing to inquire about pricing. I said that I was interested in having a small logo custom screen printed on t-shirts and would just like a ballpark guide to how much this might cost. The man that I spoke with seemed angered by my inquiry and said he did not like to give any pricing range. I said that I knew I would be looking to screen print a small logo with two colors on the front of a small quantity of t-shirts, and I asked if there was any other info that I could provide to help him give me a broad estimate. He said to me, "You want broad pricing that makes no sense." Then he hung up on me. read more

Graphic Lab is terrible. They don't care about the product they deliver. They printed our company logo and put US flag patches on some jackets and we paid them a lot of money for it. They put all of the flags on the left shoulder, except for one. Not only did they put that patch on the right shoulder, it seemed as if they tried to pull it off since only part of the patch was still attached to the jacked. When I informed them about this error they rudely replied that this was our problem and that if we wanted it fixed we'd have to buy and pay for a replacement jacket, since there was nothing they could do about it. They clearly don't care about keeping their customers. I will never use them again. read more

I usually don't write yelp reviews but had such a positive experience at graphic lab that I really wanted to! I worked with Carmine, Nohar, and Bob to print my portfolio. They did such an excellent and efficient job - finishing my work that same day! When I noticed one of my art pieces printed incorrectly (because of the file type I had saved it as,) they figured out how to fix it and re-printed all of my 5 books - no charge.
