Everything inside looks thoughtfully chosen, and a lot of it leans toward wellness and natural living. They carry a great mix of items--things like healthy snacks and drinks, small batch jams, local handcrafted goods, and even a pretty impressive wine selection with some unique finds. You can tell they put effort into sourcing good stuff, not just random shelf fillers. There's also a small seating area where you can grab a drink, sit back, and enjoy the music. The whole place feels relaxed and inviting, not rushed or overly trendy. If you're in the area or just someone who likes health-conscious shops with local flair, this place is worth stopping by. I'll definitely be back.

Walked in and was greeted by a worker and the numerous cute merchandise they have. So so many items to look at from candles, cookbooks, baggus, wine, candles, etc. I perused the store which had natural lighting coming through and was pretty empty for a Thursday morning. So many options, I had to tell myself only to buy 2 items. So many great wine options with notes attached to them with tasting notes, what to drink with, which as someone who is still a novice to wine, appreciated that. The nice worker even offered me some help and helped me narrow down to 2 wines. Walked out with a wine and the cutest tumbler! The wine (C.S.G) tasted incredible and fruity, which was perfect! Such a great shopping experience, I will most definitely be back to purchase gifts for friends/family or even a pick me up for myself.

The juice bar inside is a standout -- they squeeze fresh orange juice right in front of you, and the flavor is incredibly vibrant, refreshing, and naturally sweet. It tastes nothing like bottled juice and is absolutely worth the stop on its own. The bakery section is equally impressive. I picked up fresh conchas that were still warm to the touch, which immediately told me they had just come out of the oven. Soft, fluffy, and perfectly sweet, they tasted wonderfully homemade and authentic. Their food counter also deserves recognition. They offer a large selection of breakfast items including tacos, burritos, and tortas. I ordered the nopal and egg taco along with the chorizo and egg taco, and both were generously filled, packed with flavor, and surprisingly inexpensive for the quality and portion size. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. One thing I consistently appreciate about this location is how clean and organized the store is. The employees working in the food area are always kind, welcoming, and helpful, which makes the experience feel warm and inviting. The only downside is that the cashiers can come across as less friendly and not particularly welcoming, which slightly takes away from an otherwise excellent visit. Overall, this is a fantastic market for fresh food, authentic baked goods, and delicious prepared meals at very reasonable prices.

Berry berry good Acai!…read more Located in Glendale AZ where there surprisingly isn't a lot of Acai places despite how hot it is over there; is Berry Berry Best Acai Bowls. This is located in a strip shopping center with a few other businesses. The location itself is definitely more of a take and go type of setup since there's only a handful of seats (all of which aren't particular comfortable for long seating) as well as a main area where you place your Acai order at their topping bar. The were nice at pointing us to different options while we were picking out our choices and toppings, and the price wasn't too bad for what we got. They have several "meme" decor in this spot which was pretty funny how they were able to intertwine the photos with Acai imagery. We didn't have to wait long at all to get our Acai ordered since there was no line when we arrived. The Acai Bowl itself was quite tasty especially with their array of toppings and mixtures to put inside the bowl. Since you design it (with the help of the employee of course) it's whatever you make of it, but certainly some good choices to be had in it's creation. I'm always a sucker for good Acai, and this seems to be the only place near to Glendale that serves and delivers what I wanted. We will definitely be back.

Having been to the Farm-To-Fork Capitol and the markets there, my expectations were low. This market far exceeded and competed with any of the markets I've visited in the Sacramento and Napa regions! Why? Because the prices of the produce are truly amazing, the array of vendors and the friendliness of everyone was spectacular, and the entire area was clean and inviting as to the set up. I met amazing people and discussed their locally sourced products. I had no idea that Arizona grew such beautiful items. Husband and I loved our fresh delicious salad made we that evening from greens and produce from Libelula Farm and others. I hated to be GF because Noble Bread has THE MOST amazing offerings of fresh baked goods! GOOD FORM FOODS (Google them!) had THE MOST AMAZING walnut butters ever! Delish and at a great price! Husband highly recommends LOVE'S JERKEY CO which has an outstanding array of Jerkey from locally sourced beef. The various beautiful fresh flower displays for sale were delightful. And... THE FOOD VENDORS WERE PLENTIFUL and all looked amazing! I highly recommend stopping by and giving K-TOWN IN AZ and BAGEL DADDIES a try as their delicious fresh made items are hard to resist! Five stars for this amazing event!!!!

Urban Organic Gardens. They are hiding everywhere. You just have to keep your eyes open…read more I stumbled on this wonderful little patch of heaven while I was on the "Arcadia 9th Edible Garden Tour." It was one of the scheduled stops on the garden map. I had no idea what a treat we were in for as we pulled up to what appeared to be an ordinary one-story quiet neighborhood house. Getting out of the car we realized that this was no ordinary front yard. Yes, it had a small wooden rail fence around it. But behind that fence there was no traditional landscaping, no hedges, no grass, no manicured flower beds. There were rows of beans and corn and tomatoes and peppers! As we walked through the carport to the back, we entered a delightful sun room filled with baskets of fresh produce - all freshly picked and, of course, for sale. (Yep, I bought a few small fresh green items to supplement my salad already in the refrigerator at home.) The back yard was more of a delight than the front. Raised beds. Veggies and flowers. And, yes, there was some grass . . . . but most of all it was a miniature oasis of a farm from my childhood. There were chickens and goats, who all seemed somewhat nonchalant about city dwellers stumbling through their little bit of heaven. My Farmyard is a delightful example of what you can do to "grow locally. produce organically. [&] eat well." One of the services they will help you with is planning your own raised bed garden in your yard. They will help you create a "Planting Plan." Oh, I didn't tell you the best part. If you don't want to convert your yard to a veggie garden, you can sign up for weekly Urban Farm Produce Baskets. Freshly picked seasonal veggies and fruits delivered once a week. They even have half shares that are perfect for 1 person. And extra large shares for families or vegetarians. No more been in the store too long and came from who knows where. These veggies and fruits are grown in your own back yard - or in My Farmyard's front yard! Call and go visit your local urban organic farmer. Both had spent a few hundred dollars to help ensure their gardens were successful. I, on the other hand, was told it would be a $2k minimum just to plant the vegetables (that's with me creating the beds and doing the irrigation on my own)...and that it could be as much as up to $5k. The reason for the price discrepancy? "My location". I'm certain that's not the true reason as I don't live that far away (Chandler) It was either A) not profitable enough for them with the small job I required or B) related to my last name. Regardless, I recommend others take their business elsewhere.
