You first choose a bun, then protein, then toppings, and sauces. I had a hot dog on a potato bun with cheddar cheese sauce, potato sticks, and raw chopped onions. The only complaint I have is that the hot dog is tiny. The TikTok video made them look huge. But, t thoroughly liked my dog. There were plenty of toppings and it tasted great. I really could've gone for another. My husband opted for a Chicago-type dog on a split toasted bun. He said that bun was the way to go. As a side, we shared an order of pierogis that were crisp and delicious. Service was great, the staff was nice. Again, I took off 1 star for the size of the hot dogs.

The street tacos were generously loaded with meat, HOT to touch, and came with onions, Cilantro and salsa. The meat was so good, even better than most of the trucks in Tacoma, WA.
