It is very close to the campus. I have been here on numerous occasions and can say the quality of tea and boba used is excellent. The boba is moist and soft. The flavors and options are endless and the teas always have a good amount of sugar but to make it even better you can adjust every drink with percentages on ice, toppings and sugar levels.
