Took my Lexus there and had a great experience. Explained what was needed, felt no pressure but gave me the information to make my decision. That was great service. Done in 35 minutes including a tire rotation. Must have waited maybe 5 minutes to be greeted as they spoken with the car in front of me. I'll be back. read more

I've been coming to this GM for about a year now and I've had no problems. I've taken my car to other GMs over the years, and I'm satisfied with the service, speed and prices I get at this location. They know my car, have it on file and don't try to oversell me on things I don't need. The staff are professional and always willing to explain something to me if I'm not sure why my car needs something they may suggest. I have brought personal and company vehicles here multiple times over the years. The service is incredibly slow, and they utilize the shop next door for tire rotations, which takes even longer. Last visit for tire rotation and oil change took four hours. Ridiculous. Try another place. read more

This place was horrible. I usually get my oil Change here, but it looks like they have new management or something. The lady up-sold me a filter which is fine, when I got the car home a friend of mine who is a mechanic happen to look at the car. We were shocked. The hose to the filter wasn't connected, screws where missing from the filter holder. The fluid wasn't topped off like they are suppose to do, the filter is supposed to be clipped and lines up it wasn't even close. It was given back to me is horrible condition. I will never taken car here again. I'm not even sure if they changed my oil. read more

I couldn't get into my dealer for an oil change and was going out of town so wanted to get it done. My car was serviced quickly but beware the "up sell". And I have never been charged extra for more than 5 quarts of oil so was surprised to hear, after 80,000 miles on the car, that it takes 7 quarts to fill it. I paid it but I'm asking my regular mechanic about that next time I see him. read more

Over priced with mystery add on. If you have an SUV with a skid plate expect this extra charge for removal and reattach. I have been to a lot of different oil change companies with my vehicles with skid plates and have never been charged this fee. They claim they charge this for replacement of screws, I could buy new screws for less then the $10 they now charge. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT THESE MYSTERIOUS ADD ON CHARGES. read more

I brought my car in on a Wednesday morning & was very impressed. I was especially happy to hear that they offered free tire rotation! My car was done & ready to go in about 30 minutes. Okay, come to find out they left the rubber spacer off that goes between the drain plug and the oil pan....which in turn caused the plug to weld to the pan due to heat....so, really... don't have monkeys work on your car! read more

I took my 2012 Land Rover Sport to Grease Monkey for an oil change. They did make a mistake in putting the wrong oil in my car, but they fixed it the moment I brought it back and were happy to do so and very apologetic. My car began leaking oil and two more times, I took it back, and they addressed the issues both times promptly. I got pretty frustrated after the second time, thinking they may have done something to damage my truck, so I took my truck back to the dealership where I purchased it for a diagnostic test. I called Grease Monkey about my concerns, and the store manager, Silver, went to meet with my dealership for the diagnostic testing to ensure that if they had done anything damaging, he would take responsibility for it. Turns out, the issue didn't have anything to do with the oil changes. I was pleased to hear that the manager had followed through, and was genuinely concerned and ready to take responsibility if they had caused any damage. The dealership even said that it was rare for people to follow up in that manner. Although, my encounter began pretty frustrating, they were patient, responsive and each time pleasant, even when I was pretty frustrated. I really appreciate that. They cared about making sure my concerns were addressed and went the extra mile. read more

I sent my daughter down to get the oil changed in her car. It took over an hour to complete, the cashier who I spoke with was a complete jerk while I was trying to pay for it, and my oil change cost nearly $100.00. There are plenty of places that do oil changes for cheaper, less time, and are much more friendly. I won't be going back to this location. read more

18yr old female 07 Chevy Equinox checks her vehicle in with attendant who stated that the high miles required a synthetic oil change. A basic oil change and filter replacement was completed charging the 18yr old female over $89- her coupon was useless to the team taking advantage of the 18yr old female. She knew nothing about cars. Great job Grease Monkey! You have shown this customer who has been loyal since your location was built and supported through multiple owners how unethical your location has become. read more

I would find another location. I used to always come here but the last time it was really bad. I was charged for a high millage oil change and they only washed the windows on 1 side of my truck. It took a really long time as they spent most of the time just standing around talking to each other and were on their cell phones a lot. I am not sure what caused the change but you would be better off going somewhere else. read more

This place is terrible. I have brought my car here for oil changes 3 times in the last year and this third time is definitely my last. They broke my dipstick the last time and didn't say a word to me about it. I had to replace it myself for $20. They didn't put nearly enough oil in it one time and was getting oil level error codes from my car's computer far before I was due for service again. I mysteriously have no engine emblem on the engine inside the car. My car hasn't been serviced by anyone else in the last year which leaves me with a pretty easy guess at how it somehow came off under the hood from the engine. Terrible place. Awful prices. Avoid at all costs and never go to big chains for any type of car service. read more

This place is nothing short of awful. We took our car in for a regular oil change yesterday, and within 24 hours have realized the alternator is now dead. The car was running perfectly before the oil change.. coincidence? I think not. The alternator is only a few years old, as is the battery. I took my Lifted Jeep on 37's to get the top of the line oil change And 3 part Deep clean and paid $240 Witch i was okay with but ended up getting my jeep back with a messed up Alignment!! There was snow in the neighborhood and the mechanic took my jeep for a ride to flush all the cleaning stuff out. ( Dont know why he couldn't have just Rev the engine instead?!) but when i got it back and was driving back home to Summit County i noticed the jeep kept wanting to go left. I looked at my front right tire and saw there was a nice fresh scratch in the side wall!.. I went ahead and took my jeep to the 4 wheel shop that has been doing all my Suspension/ 4wheel work for an alignment test and it showed that my front right tire was way off to the left.. That means the mechanic slid in to something and didn't want to say anything about it when he drove my jeep! I live where it Snow ALOT and know how to drive in the snow and if i did hit something i would take it in right away to get an alignment to fix it so i won't be grinding down a $450 tire!! GM had some one look at my jeep from Big O Tires and he said its from 4wheeling and my alignment will be messed up. Well it was a good thing i took it to my 4wheel shop before and had them do an alignment test. It showed that all 3 tires where fine and the front right was off! ( If my alignment was off for 4wheeling then ALL 4 would be messed up!) The 4wheel shop did an invoice for me and it would be $945 to replace the bent Inner / outer tie rod's + Alignment and labor! The Owner Sue Adams of this Grease Monkey shop #74 Dose Not want to pay for that and said that i just have to live with Big O doing an Alignment (No new parts!) or live with it how it is!... I do Not trust Big O working on my jeep because they just work on cars, NOT lifted modified vehicles and dont know how things are set up with the altered suspension! I called the Headquarters of Colorado and filed a complaint and even the nice lady said there is no reason for them to drive my jeep! And if they are going to they should have asked first HQ is going to let Sue & Corporate know about this. I just took my jeep in for an oil change and ended up with a $1000.00 + Bill! I em NEVER going back to this Grease Monkey again!!!!! read more

These guys were great. Had me in and out in a very short time. Not only was my service top notch, the facility was spotless and the customer service was wonderful. They even made sure to let me know that I would be needing two new tires in the future. I very much appreciate the mechanics letting me know about future service requirements! I went to this Grease Monkey on a Friday night after letting myself drive around for a week or so with the little orange wrench light on my dashboard telling me I needed an oil change. My daughter and I arrived at this Grease Monkey on a Friday at 6:30 p.m., well after they had closed. We sat in a parking spot for a minute or two, deciding whether to go shopping at Southlands, and one of the techs came out from the bays and asked if we needed service. I said that we needed an oil change but that it could wait until tomorrow. He said Saturdays get really busy, and that if I wanted to, he could do the oil change right then. They had been closed for a half hour! I didn't want to put him to any trouble, but he said it was no big deal, so we put the car into the bay and went inside to wait. There were some really nice, comfortable chairs and a little fridge with drinks. The manager was there, too, I think, and he did a great job of explaining what they were looking at, and my car didn't need anything but an oil change. He showed me the air filters, and pointed out what might need service next time I come in. When my daughter and I got back to our car, there were two carnations in there! My faith in humanity was definitely boosted by the experience. They didn't have to stay late to change the oil in my car, and the tech and manager were so friendly. My oil change was around $40 and I didn't quibble at all about cost because of the great service. I'll definitely be sending my husband in whenever his car needs routine service. They completely went above and beyond for me. read more

I took my car before I went on a road trip to Grand Junction. I asked if they would fill all fluids because I was going on a road trip. He stated they would. The car was done VERY quickly. I asked if it was ready to go and he said yes. He did recommend every service available and stated this was because it had 100,000 miles on it. After driving to Grand Junction (I put 1,000 miles on it), the transmission went out. I had a mechanic look at it and he stated there wasn't much transmission fluid in it and that it was very dirty. He asked when I last filled it and I stated that Grease Monkey did one week ago. He said they didn't put fluid in it then. I called the owner and he was very rude and refused to even consider that maybe his employee forgot to add fluid. Based upon my conversation with two mechanics who stated that there wasn't enough fluid to have just been filled and the time it took to fill all fluids, clean windows, and vacuum (less than 12 minutes), I am convinced that this is their fault. I offered to split the cost and he refused. I had the mechanic call back who looked at my car and he refused to call him back! SO NOT WORTH THE STUPID FLOWER THEY LEFT ON MY DASH! read more
