Stopped in today to get an oil change and air filter replaced before a Thanksgiving road trip. Right away they pulled the air filter and told me it doesn't need to be replaced for several more oil changes. Didn't try to sell me anything I don't need, and got me in and out quick. I'll definitely be going there more now, especially since I am boycotting Wal-Mart. read more

My girlfriend utilized this Grease Monkey's services towards the end of last summer for some transmission issues on her car and I have to say the team and owner of this establishment are nothing short of phenomenal and exemplary. They definitely provided superior service and nothing but professionalism and friendliness. Not to mention they were able to perform the work at a cost much lower than the dealership was quoting. So following that experience I decided to give the store a try for some service on my vehicle. A brake fluid flush and service and a transmission fluid flush and service. Again, the store did not let us down. The guys (and woman) here are all top notch, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and provide fantastic work. One can definitely tell that the staff here take pride in their store because the bays are clean, the waiting area is spotless and they provide you with complimentary snacks/drinks as you wait. After going on a mountain bike trip, my car returned home covered in mud and with the check engine light on. I took it to Grease Monkey this morning to get it diagnosed and then planned to take it to a car wash. The guys there told me it was a sensor, so they cleared it and there was no charge. They gave me my keys and I went to my car, only to discover they had cleaned all my windows of the mud. These guys are awesome! I'll be recommending this place to everyone I know. read more

I've been to this location a few times. They're always fast, seem honest, and don't appear to be out there trying to hustle you. It may sound trivial, but offering you (the customer) a free soda or coffee and a bag of popcorn is a nice touch. read more

These folks are solid. Always get me in and out quick, and I never walk always thinking that I got ripped off. The business owner is solid and always friendly. Even pitches in to do the work. And the coolest thing they did recently? Implemented a dashboard in the lobby that shows a reasonable timeframe that you can expect your car to be finished! read more

Got my transmission "flushed" here, but discovered the fluid was dirty when it was checked again days later. If properly flushed and conditioned my transmission fluid should be clean. Obviously. An expensive service and very poor work. I went in to get a refund, as suggested by 3 separate reputable mechanics, and was treated with disrespect from the staff and owner. I NEVER leave negative reviews, but if it helps someone else avoid the same unfortunate experience then so be it. Save your time and money take your business elsewhere! I know I will. read more

A good location, near one place I work and where I am on a regular and nearly daily basis. The staff is polite, nice, and helpful. They've been able to squeeze me in on really busy days, and get me on my way in a reasonable (and often much shorter than thought) amount of time. I've been coming here long enough that they have a good record of my service(s), which is very nice. But what really gets me, and gets me coming back? They REFUSE to upsell me! They have on several occasions said "hey, this part/piece is wearing on down, but you should have another 5,000 miles left in it" or "I know you were concerned about {insert expensive part here}, but honestly, it's fine." I had the manager once say "If you REALLY want me to, I'll sell you a brand new part, but you don't need a new one."; saved me $300. Free popcorn, free waters/sodas, and a staff that seems very honest, what's not to like? read more

We went here tonight for my fiance's oil change in his new (but used) car that we bought last week. Yea we know a lot of things still need to be done with it, but these guys, no matter which one you go to, always want to up charge you. Take my Jeep for example, yes I know I need the differential fluid changed and a whole lot other, but you really think someone walks in with tons of cash in hand? Not the ordinary person. Ok, back to my fiance's car. We get there and are immediately greeted by a few employees, which says they weren't busy at almost 5 pm. We get the synthetic oil change (the most basic) and walk inside. Wow. Their waiting area is sooo much cleaner than other Grease Monkey's I've been to. Hardwood flooring without a scuff mark that I could see on it. A separate men's and women's bathroom (others I've seen are only one for customers), a popcorn machine (like you see in an Ace Hardware) and a mini clear fridge with soda and water for free. The person that we talked with while waiting in the waiting room was great. He offered us fresh popcorn and while we ate it, he was cleaning the machine almost from top to bottom. With no one else waiting, we got the chance to turn the channel to whatever we wanted, which was cool. About 20-25 minutes later we were on our way. One thing I like about Grease Monkey in general is that they show you on the computer screen what they did. It help explains a lot. When we exited the store both of our car doors were open. Yea I would go here again but sadly we're moving to Denver so I have to find a new one :). read more

I have been here several times and they are very friendly, fast and professional as can be including the last time I was there. It wasn't until I got home to install a new air filter as they directed did I find a perfect glob of grease next to my hood latch that was purposely put there as a joke. Save the practical jokes for when you are drinking beer with your buddy's not for the customers paying 60+ dollars for an oil change. read more

What great service! The attendant listened, asked good questions, let me know that if my high mileage vehicle needs a top off between oil changes, they'll be happy to do it. When I hesitantly asked if they have a filter for my Land Rover, she said, "Sure, if we don't, we'll go get one." The Jiffy Lube guy, where I stopped first, saw me pull up and made it clear he had no interest in my business. I visited this location on 12/31/14. I got an oil filter change as well as an oil change. Two weeks later I was involved in a car accident and my car landed in the auto body shop. While making repairs, the mechanic noticed oil leaking and checked it out. He called me and asked the last time I got my oil changed, and I told him about two weeks ago. I had only put about 200 miles on my car since the oil change. He said my oil was black, and when I picked my car up he showed me it. It was black. He said there could have been no way they changed my oil at my last change. And he also noticed the oil filter was installed incorrectly which caused the oil to leak out. The O ring, which comes in a box with the filter, was not put on. He said I was lucky my engine didn't seize up while I was driving. I don't understand how something like this can be missed by "certified" mechanics. Or how disorganized they have to be to "forget" to change my oil. I am extremely displeased with the service and I am never returning to this, or any Grease Monkey. read more
