I ended paying over $160 for the tire . Matt left me under the impression that I was covered , until I came in the next day and his store manager told me he didn't hear him. Bove has been super busy, but they still got me in within a week. They actually have a drop box, but since I got there right before they closed, they went ahead and put my van in the gated area for me. The next day was the repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly and still took the time to check everything else. Turned out it was a heater hose (which is pretty common in my vehicle). They had to order the part and do an oil change, but everything was done by 8 a.m. the next morning! I'm more than satisfied. Oh--and when you get your oil changed there, they give you 6 months of roadside assistance! How cool is that? The customer service is amazing--everyone's all smiles, and they don't rush you out the door. They're happy to chat or explain what's going on with your car. Amazing core values and great prices! . When I did speak with him he told me that the service dept couldn't help me in fact he said that GM doesn't allow them to do code resets of which was needed to fix the issue, at this point I became discouraged. I asked him what could be done? He said I that they would have to replace the entire radio system at $2600 because convertible camaro has a anti theft system and GM doesn't allow it to be rest, then said that if I found a place that does do system rests to please let him know. So I went down the street to another GM dealership and in less then a hr the system was rest at 179.00. Please be careful it seems as if Lou Bachrodt will not be fair. If fact there was another employee tryna give me an estimate for my vehicle as if I were there to trade or sell my convertible after I said no thank you she became bitter turned and walked away.
