Definitely not for folks on a budget or tight on time but the service center was great. Travis at…read morethe front desk was both knowledgeable and an absolute gentleman. We had to have a washer pump replaced and an oil change. It would have been nice to get a sticker on the windshield reminding us for our next change and it I wish the techs snapped my steering wheel cover back on in addition to resetting the dreaded ford TMS sensor light on the dash. Thank you Travis and the Bozard team

***Read before you have your vehicle serviced***…read more I purchased a custom order over $100k 2022 F-250 Platinum Tremor from Bozard. Jeff in sales was amazing to work with. I spent another ~$5k in accessories on my truck with Bozard. They have a beautiful facility. Taking my truck in for routine service and a windshield arm recall (I was previously told my truck was not affected by this recall) was a regret I will have forever. While in Bozard's care, my truck was damaged. It has less than 10,000 miles on it, and I have had it for almost a year. It is not a daily driver and is never parked near any other cars.I had the truck Ceramic Coated the first day I took possession to protect the paint. Someone at Bozard either opened my driver's door into a very hard object or something very hard hit my truck. You can see from the picture that this was not just a scratch. It is deep. It went through the ceramic and clear coat, ultimately damaging the paint. Now Bozard is "taking care of it" by sending it out to have the door repainted. Sounds great, right? Wrong. The truck will never be the same. I do not plan to ever sell my truck, but you never know. Any dealer would measure the paint thickness to ensure it was not in an accident. Now my driver's door will have thicker paint, and I can almost guarantee it will not match the rest of the paint exactly. If it does not match, I will be asking for a new factory door. Now I am with a brand new truck that is damaged. I have the loss of use of my truck for 7-10 days when it should have been in and out of the dealership in one day max. I will lose the use of the truck again when I have to have the ceramic re-applied. (Bozard agreed to pay for the ceramic) That will be two more days, and I will not have a rental for that period. I am stuck paying for the rental car insurance coverage, the anger that someone else damaged my truck and did not report it internally at Bozard. The anger that my brand new truck without a scratch on it now has a door that has been repainted. Look, I get that accidents happen. If it were a tiny scratch, I would not have cared. That is why I have the ceramic on the truck as a second layer of insurance against damage. It does not protect against something (likely metal) impacting it hard enough to go as deep as it did. I also am sure people will say, "it is a truck." No, it is not. It is a luxury vehicle that will never see dirt. It will never be driven in the woods to get hit by branches. The moral of the story, make sure your service writer documents any and all damage to your vehicle. Inspect it before you leave. When my truck was brought around to me, the person left the door open, and I got in. I drove home (1.5 miles), shut the door, and saw the damage. I called and returned to the dealer immediately. My service writer, Steven, has been fabulous to deal with. He didn't do it. I picked up my truck on his day off. I will update this review after I receive my truck back and will post updated photos.

The manager on duty confirmed the shop has no surveillance cameras and initially denied all responsibility, offering only to "detail" the vehicle despite visible mold and moisture. Because of that refusal, I was forced to open an insurance claim for shop negligence. Only after that claim was filed did the shop reach out saying they wanted to "take photos" and "look again," which I declined due to the biohazard condition and lack of secure indoor storage for vehicles at that facility. And quite frankly hostile nature, saying I wasnt being civil. I gave them every opportunity to fix this before escalation. This incident has been formally filed with: * Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (FDACS Case #2510-01788) * Florida Attorney General's Office * Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles (Region 3) The vehicle remains contaminated and will not be returned to this location. All evidence--including photos, call logs, and insurer documentation--shows the damage was discovered within hours of pickup. Date of service: September 25 - October 8 2025

DO NOT let this place touch your car…read more I asked if they could do a transmission fluid replacement since I had a coupon for it. First guy said no because my 4Runner doesn't have a dipstick. Then the assistant manager said he could do it. He put the wrong transmission fluid (Toyotas require Toyota WS TF). Immediately after my transmission started to slip in 3rd gear. After battling with the GM they agreed to replace with Toyota WS fluid but they didn't flush the system. The contaminants of the wrong fluid are still causing slippage in 3rd gear and I got a diagnostic from Toyota stating Toyota WS is required for my 4Runner and that the slippage is caused by the contaminant of wrong fluid. They still denied my claim. This company ruined my transmission and is refusing to take any ownership of their mistakes. This is our family vehicle and now we feel unsafe driving it. Valvoline has lost a lifetime customer because they won't own up to their mistake.

The first time I noticed this I forgot to bring it up. But now, on a different car, it happens again. For evidence, see pictures. One is the mileage upon leaving Valvoline, the other is the next service sticker I received. 3000 miles is total BS. Mopar (Jeep) advice is 5 to 10 k miles. Especially (!) since I always take the better and more expensive synthetic oil. These modern oils can do easily between 5 & 10 k miles. Is Valvoline thinking their customers don't pay attention and just go back when the sticker tells them so? I hope Valvoline, you have a good explanation for this to help me to get a bad taste out of my mouth....... Looking forward.
