The office is really clean and they provide a shuttle service and their van is also very clean. The service provided was top notch and the problem I have seems to be resolved. They also provide a very comprehensive inspection report which helped identify issues that I didn't know I had. I arrived at 8:55 AM, five minutes early, and by 10:17 AM I was still sitting there waiting. After waiting for over an hour, I finally had to go ask what was taking so long. Only then did I find out that they supposedly needed to order a part and that I would have to wait another 40 minutes for it to arrive. The worst part isn't even the delay it's the complete lack of communication. Nobody came to tell me there was a problem. Nobody gave me an update. Nobody asked if I was okay waiting that much longer. They apparently just expected me to sit there indefinitely as if I had nothing else to do with my day. What is the point of making a 9:00 AM appointment if you don't respect the customer's time? If you discover that a repair is going to take significantly longer than expected, the absolute minimum you can do is COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER. I should not have to chase employees down after sitting there for over an hour just to find out what is happening with my own car. Extremely frustrating, disrespectful of my time, and very poor customer service. I will definitely think twice before bringing my car back to RPM Automotive.

My beloved old Toyota Corolla 2004 needed a new windscreen wiper motor and Denis Aparovic not only replaced the motor but the piping and parts that made it functional. All this cost less than the estimate. I took the car back later to have the rubber seals around the back doors tightened, and again the repair was completed quickly, efficiently and cost less than the estimate! In addition they checked my tires ( which needed air ) and straightened the rim of one - all this care included in one visit. They really pay attention to everything and I couldn't be more grateful.
