One of the worst haircuts i've ever received. Just did what she wanted and chopped all my hair off

Tried a different location but it was a big mistake. I got scalped by a woman, didn't speak much English. She wacked away as I was saying"scissors please!" With the clippers and in 5 minutes my hair looked like a 10 year old and what's worse, she cut half of my eyebrow away! I'm over 70 and had a nice head of hair, I know, it'll grow back. Stay away from this location. I won't need a haircut until the end of summer! Gave one star since it won't let me say -5 stars! read more

Let me just say, NEVER EVER get a haircut from adriana romero, she has no clue what she's doing. i'm a guy and have had a few bad haircuts in the past, but what adriana did to me takes the cake. they genuinely need to fire her. the rest of my summer is now ruined because i look stupid. We are not happy with the hair stylist (Patricia) who cut my daughter's hair. We asked her to cut with lots of layers and do some face framing. She refused to do the face framing and we could not see the layers at all. It looked just the straight hair cut as she did not know how to do layers and face framing. My daughter felt like crying as she was very hopeful to get the great hair cut done this time as well, as she had good, layered cut last time at the same place but with different stylist. We gave the tip as well but really felt it's not at all worth it. We are really disappointed. May be we will try some other place next time. read more

Words cannot express how horrible Blanca is. For reference, I'm a female with shoulder length hair. All I wanted was an inch trim. She said she understood multiple times. Oh no, she didn't. Here are all the things she did wrong: -Scissors were VERY dull. -Spray water right into my ear. -Use the comb to almost rip off my ear. -Give me a mullet!* *She took off an inch on the sides, yet left the back long. Why?? Why would you not cut the back to be even with the rest of my hair?? It's absurd. I had to make an appointment with a real salon to get that fixed. Horrible. I wish I could get my money back. Have gone exclusively to this location for the past year after skipping Great Clips for the last seven. The reason was Trinh. Cuts my hair perfectly every time...with minimal time. Wanted to let her cut my grandson's hair today and called ahead for her availability...but was told she's gone. The 5 star review is for her only. Not going back. read more

Horrible Customer Experience. I was denied the service when I walked in because the lady said it would take her an hour to cut and blowdry my hair even though I was before in line than the folks who checked in online. It wasted 15 mins of my time and I did not get the service. VERY BAD experience. read more

Today, I went in and got a hair cut preparing for a wedding this weekend and I just received the worst cut I have ever gotten. Now, I usually do not care how my haircuts end up, but this one was just horrible! So bad, I made a yelp account just to write a review. My usual haircut is a low skin fade (military style) and she immediately went up with the 0 like a damn lawn mower all the way to the edge of the top of my head. I have never been to Great Clips, but decided to go when the person who cut my hair the previous day messed up pretty bad. I went when they were short handed, so had to wait about 2 hours to get my hair cut, but when it was finally my turn, Kathy knew what to do to help my crisis. She was very understanding how important my hair was to me, and also told me if I still didn't like it, she would wait for me to get off work (after they closed) to work on it again. This place is clean, friendly & efficient! My hair looks great and far surpasses a $15 cut! Yolanda cut my hair and did an awesome job. I would have given this place a 5 start rating had it not been for the product upsell attempts from the time I sat down to get my hair washed. This great clips used to be good until recently. Seems they've had staff turnover and all the good hair dressers have left. Just got a hair cut today. Stay away from this location. I asked for finger length and ended up with a 1 because she used a comb instead of fingers.

Found Debra Rapp as hairstylist such a nightmare chopped off my hair too short kept insisting I should comb my hair to the other side. Went in looking human came out looking like a turd. Definitely go somewhere else or see other hairstylist. Don't go thru the trauma. read more

One or two of the Hairstylist here lack professional courtesy and are in such a rush to finish the job and move on to the next one that they won't even have the courtesy to ask whether your hair looks okay after the haircut and will rush to the cash register. If you are lucky, you will find a good hairstylist here. You can get better service more consistently elsewhere. read more
