    Texture perm 3hr long process but love the end result !

    I have gotten a digital perm before and didn't like the outcome or process so before I got it done here, I came in for a consult and told him exactly what I wanted. He recommended a texture perm and said that it would take 3 hours. I was able to get an appointment that same weekend and during the entire process, he explained to me what he was doing (unlike the first person!) Before and after the perm he conditioned my hair and I am so thankful because it's still healthy feeling. He even explained how to care for my hair afterward and showed me how to blow dry my hair... even though I can't seem to recreate the beautiful hair as he did, I'm hoping this lasts long enough for me to learn! Depending on my hair and the condition of how I care for it, this can last between 6 months to a year. PS - he highly recommended cutting off all bleached hair before the process and although I was worried about losing my length I am glad I listened to him cause now its fuller and healthier looking than before!

    OMG!!! WOW JUST WOW!! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair!! I can't believe EZSU Hair has been in Frisco for the past 2 years!! I usually go to another Korean Hair Salon but the person I usually go to is always booked at least 1.5 to 2months out, so I'd have to really plan ahead if I want her to cut and perm my hair. Since my friend just came into town and wanted to get her hair permed, I figured we'd reach out to EZSU Hair for a consultation. I'm so glad I did b/c omg we're both in love with our hairs!! I had called to get a consultation since I had a baby a year ago and had postpartum hair loss, which prevented me from getting a digital perm 5 months ago, so I wanted to see if my hair was okay to be permed again or if I should wait. My friend came with me and had her hair looked at for a straight perm as well. Jade was able to answer all of our questions after looking at our hair and gave pricing. After the consultation, we were able to get our hair worked on then and there, but we were not expecting that and thought we were supposed to make an appointment at a later date. We scheduled to come back a couple of hours later b/c we had to go back to work and were super excited that we didn't have to wait almost 2 months for an appointment! Throughout the appointment, it was a great experience! Both Jade and J explained everything to us throughout the process. It was great talking to them in general which made the appointment really fun! They took their time and would check constantly to make sure our hair was in the right condition before moving on to the next step. It really shows that they care about their work and making sure everything comes out looking as good as possible! It made us feel really comfortable! It took about 3hrs for our hairs to be cut/trimmed and permed! I had the Setting Perm which has the bigger curls and my friend had gotten the Straight Perm. We were sooo happy with the end results!! We'll definitely be back!!! Hands down, highly recommend!!

    Simply amazing! My 13 yr old son wanted the new style of perm and fade.. EZSU delivered above and beyond. We showed them a pic of what he wanted and they got it just right! Already booked my younger two kiddos for trims based off of their skill and professionalism. HIGHLY recommend

Another hair wash (okay this is new to me since I have never seen a second hair wash in the North) and styling, waxing, blow drying your hair. There was no genuine effort to respect the fact that I arrived on time, made a clear effort to be there, and arranged childcare -- which comes at a cost. Let's be honest: would a simple "sorry" from me be enough if I showed up 30 minutes late? Would I be let off the hook if I canceled under 24 hours and just said "there was a miscommunication"? Absolutely not. So why does your business expect different standards when the inconvenience is on your side? Instead of taking ownership and offering a fair solution, your response comes off as defensive, dismissive, and frankly, childish. Saying that "nothing would've been enough for me" is a weak excuse and a clear attempt to deflect responsibility. What would have been enough? A sincere effort to fix the situation, not a passive apology. This whole experience -- and your response -- reflects poor management, a lack of customer care, and a complete failure in how to run a responsible business. INITIAL REVIEW: Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service! This salon charges clients 100% of the service fee if you're late or miss an appointment -- but when they're the ones causing the delay, they offer nothing in return. I had an appointment with Kaylin and arrived on time. At the front desk, I was told she was running over 30 minutes behind. No one contacted me beforehand. When I asked if someone else could take me, they said no one was available. I explained that this delay was costing me both time and money -- I had arranged and paid for a babysitter. Their only response was that there was a "miscommunication." No apology. No compensation. No effort to resolve the issue. I was simply told to either wait or leave. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They held no accountability and showed no respect for my time. If the situation were reversed, I would've been charged in full. This one-sided treatment is unacceptable. Be cautious -- this place does not value clients, and they will not take responsibility when they're at fault.

The area for head lying down and washing/sink looks messy, unsure was not cleaned or just some scale-forming impurities that haven't been taken care after years. Then the haircut, feels like he's in a rush. I addressed just a little short for my front but turned out way too short. When I went back home noticed some missing spots on the two sides as well... For how much you pay for and how it turned out, it's a little disappointing. I guess it's common nowadays for paying high price and get an ok quality service. Just don't expect too much of it.
