So then when I went to my normal stylist in Minneapolis (we moved and B&S was much closer to new home) she agreed that the process completed on my hair was incorrect for my request via photos that I showed. When I spoke with the hair manager Allie she informed me that I "voided the warranty" by not coming back for a THIRD time to have them fix it, even though I no longer trusted their services. Very very disappointed and would not recommend hair services here to anyone. Very sad as my family has always had great interactions for the last 15 years. Poor customer service and accountability. (edit to add: my hair started with no color, dark brown all around so it should have been a blank canvas)

It took a little while for her to warm up to me but she is warm now. She takes her time to make sure I am happy. I have a inverted bob and fine hair. That's not an easy task. I see her every 3 weeks for a trim. She recommended another stylist for my husband and I believe he was pretty happy. I didn't think she spent any time blending the number 2 and 4 on the sides but at least my husband was happy. We hope to continue to come here until we move away form Woodbury. She then trimmed the sides and back and was done. She asked if it was ok and I said I had no idea as it was not dry. Was so impressed w the way they nurtured and taught these new hair stylists. You can get on a list for hair cuts or color if you contact them. My regular salon visit was great but I noticed the prices kept rising and it was tough to keep going on a regular basis. Salon is bright and clean and welcoming.
