The blonde Vietnamese stylist that works here is the worst stylist with the most horrible customer service and manners. I asked for 2 inches off my daughter's hair, cut straight across. She decided 1 inch would be enough and cut off barely even an inch. Then she began cutting jagged edges into the hair, and when I protested and told her I wanted a clean cut straight across, she insisted it would look good and that I didn't know. I told her multiple times her 1 inch was not enough and she argued with me that she measured with her fingers and it was two inches, that I was wrong and her time was too valuable to spend redoing it. Not only that, she fleeced me at the register as she has many times before, charging me the price of an adult haircut for my girls rather than child price. I don't know why she is still employed as I would have sacked her a long time ago. read more

Took my son into this place on Friday, May 22, 2020. The customer service was fine, but the older lady did a horrendous job on my son's hair. I seriously think my uncoordinated hands and untalented self could have cut his hair better. She must have graduated last in her class in cosmetology school. She couldn't even blend in his hair and everything was uneven. His bangs looks like she took a pair of school scissors and cut it in the straight line. In the end, it looks horrible. Lucky for my son, school is limited to e-learning right now. Do NOT let this older woman cut your hair or you too will experience her subpar skills. read more

My husband and I came in here expecting a decent hair cut and we left knowing this will be our new go to spot! The staff was very friendly and down to earth. And Darcy cleaned up my nape that i had shaved recently and did perfect designs exactly how I wanted it. I have been to great clips before, and I would definitely recommend this location above the others. My husband got a trim as well and his hair looks great. Darcy also told me about a shampoo to make my purple hair last longer, i had no idea they had violet shampoos! Completed the online check in and when we walked in no one acknowledged us. There were 5 people waiting but the computer had us listed as #1. Workers were busy with clients and did not even greet us when we walked in. We sat down and then they would be very slow at cleaning their areas and then they called clients that were below us on the list first. When I asked about that they said "oh sorry but you have to let us know when you arrive." I said "no one acknowledged us when we came in!" Again they said sorry but we still Had to wait. $13 for a kids haircut and a 45 minute wait!! read more

At check out I showed my coupon to the old Persian lady Munir for 5.99 and she said it's not fair. If it's not fair then why the hell does great clip offer these type of coupons. Management should look into people with such attitude who embarrass customers. I'm a regular great clip customer who pay full price majority of the time. Hate to give negative reviews but this site exists to help readers repeat positive experiences or avoid bad products or services. Appeared my stylist today had never cut hair before. Started with her cutting my ear then trimming around my neck and ears. When she showed me the cut, there were at least three areas not even close to being straight. I basically paid her to not cut anymore. My wife was able to mostly straighten the mistakes but if you need a good cut for business or personal look, not the place to go. read more

Took my son for a haircut recently. It turned into a nightmare. Lady named Dana cut his hair. I asked her to clean it up but leave it long. Well, she scalped the back and sides. Left the top long. He was in tears as soon as we hit the car. I will never return to this location. I took him to the Man Cave and they fixed it as best as they could. Unfortunately, you can't put hair back. read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. This is the second time the fat, black lady that is in one of the front chairs has messed up our family's hair. The first time was with my son and the second was with myself yesterday. She is extremely lazy and her large weight prevents her from doing certain tasks. She is also very rude and makes inappropriate comments. I knew better than to use her but I figured a trim with long layers would be hard to mess up unlike my son's request a few months back which is slightly more complicated. My hair is long so she decided to soak my entire head in the sink instead of using a spray bottle. She then made me stand in the corner of her booth while she sat in the chair to cut my hair. I've had long hair for a while and even longer hair before and have never, ever had someone cut my hair while I stood. She also made inappropriate comments about how I need to face the corner like I'm a bad girl and kept telling my son whether or not I've been a bad girl. Very inappropriate and made us uncomfortable. She then had me sit and, in the laziest way possible, added later to my hair. She took all my hair except what she determined as the bottom layer and brushed it straight above my head, hitting me in the face several times. She then cut off the amount of hair I had requested at the beginning of our interaction. This is how she put in layers. I've been getting layers put in my hair for several years and no one has ever done it this way. She allowed me to look at my layers in the mirror and, soaking wet, it did not look too bad. Once dry though, it looks like a 3 year old took chunks out of my hair. There was also another lady in the booth across from hers that made comments about my color saying it would turn my stylist's hands that color. My color is unique, yes, but I don't use the shitty crap they sell in their store. I suspect this is why she drenched my head in the beginning of our interaction. While drenching my hair, she did state that my color wasn't running, like I assured her it wouldn't. I should know, I've had this color for several months. Never going to this location again. Hopefully I can either get my hair fixed before my wedding in a week or have my hair stylist hide the damage. I might have to go shorter than I wanted. There goes growing out my hair and keeping it healthy for the wedding down the drain. read more
