I had a great experience here!! I went in to donate my hair to Pantene Beautiful Lengths if it was long enough. My stylist, Shayla, made sure I had enough to donate. She then washed my hair before cutting it. She asked me about layering, but I declined. She even blow dried it when we were done. She even indulged me by taking a picture for me. Since I donated it, my haircut was free and I just had to pay for the wash. I will definitely go back to donate again! read more

Pretty good experience at this Great Clips. Went at 11:15 on a Sunday morning and they were packed out. At 15 minutes after opening I was like the 15th person in line for a haircut and thought I'd be waiting forever, but in a little less than 30 minutes I was in the chair and getting a haircut. I wish I had got the stylist's name as she did a fabulous job at cutting my hair; as well as signing along with MC Hammer on the radio. read more

I walked in here for a cut, but the line was rather long. It was helpful that there's a computer screen right there that has a list of the customers who are waiting and how much time it will be if you're just coming in. And there was a sign suggesting that maybe you should try their smartphone application to check in before coming in. So while I was sitting there with a 45 minute wait ahead of me, I downloaded the application and found another Great Clips that was closer to where I needed to be and their wait was only 15 minutes. I'm not one to spend a ton of my money on my hair (and maybe I should sometimes) so I usually stop in here when I need a trim or some new product. My experiences have been about half and half - sometimes I get someone super friendly who takes time to understand what I want and sometimes I get someone who doesn't even bother to talk to me about anything. Would I go here for a major hair change? No. But for a trim, I'm willing to spend the $12 (or whatever) instead of $50 at a higher-end salon. They don't do color or anything like that, but they do have online check-in, which is definitely a nice feature. read more

Signed in online with a 90 minute wait. Showed up 85 minutes later and they said "you must have got dropped from the list". Awesome customer service. I was in town over for a 3 day weekend and had dinner reservations at 8pm. After a shower at the hotel around 6 my botched haircut from the day before in Atlanta was not acting right. I couldn't get my qhair to hold like I always do because the barber messed it up. In a last minute endeavor to try to fix my haircut issue I went to this great clips. Always packed. The location is great but not enough stylist for the amount of people that walk in the door. I was disappointed that I waited over an hour after doing online check in fie my son to get a haircut that 1. They cut him behind his ear with the buzzard and 2. They rushed him out. I got a haircut here recently. I initially went to this location based on same day, no appointment necessary, reason. I walked in without an online check-in and waited about 25 minutes. My stylist asked me what I wanted and she did a good job with my requests. I believe about 3-4 inches were cut. My hair was lightly blow dried but no style. For reference, I'm not really picky with haircuts as I always think "it will grow back." Overall, I'm happy as the cost to benefit ratio seemed on point & fair. read more

At my appointment today, I was specific about what I needed. My hair was 5" long when I went it, and I needed about 1 1/2 - 2" trimmed off at an angle. The stylist kept shaping, shaping, going from side to side after she had finished to "even it up." At first I thought it was nice and even told her so. But, when I got home and really looked at it in the mirror, I was horrified. In the back and on the back sides, my hair is about 1/2" long, no more. The top is longer, sort of a reverse mullet. I would NEVER have agreed to have that much taken off the back. I cannot wait til it grows back, and I will never, ever go back to this Great Clips - probably not any other one. Vicki D. The woman obviously doesn't know how to cut hair...uneven, not straight, butchered one side with thinning shears but not the other...terrible. This place is ok if you need a trim but not if your wanting anything drastic. I went in yesterday and I told the lady I wanted my hair to barley skim my shoulders, my hair was down to my bum, she refused and only cut it to my bra line. When I told her I wanted it shorter she told me my face is to round and chunky for the style I wanted. She basically told me my face was to fat for short hair. I was greatly embarrassed by this since she said it loud enough for everyone to hear. I will never go in here again. They are rude and very unprofessional. read more

I've been here several times now as my favorite barber shop is now out of my way after I moved to a new home. Other experiences have been fine. This time though I asked for a simple cut. 1 on the sides trim the top and take out some thickness. First of she didn't even get all of the side with the 1 . Problem number 1. Then she looked like she was searching the top of my head when using the scissors because she wasn't doing it methodically. Problem number 2. When she was "done" I noticed that there was a DIP in my hair in the middle and that the sides near my ears was longer than the rest of my head. She had somewhat of an attitude. I told her to make it easy and just use a number on top instead of scissors . It took a 4 on top to get rid of the uneven length. This was obviously her first week from cosmetology school because she was terrible. May or may not return. Search other great clips first. read more

I have been coming here for about 2 years and have always had a pleasurable experience. I usually use there phone app to check in ahead of time so that I do not have to wait very long. Most of the girls are amazing. I have had one experience that was NOT pleasurable, but they did the best that they could with the mistake that was made. All in all I will go back.
