We are just finishing the building of a new home. We have used Great Floors for the hardwood floors, carpeting, granite slabs and tile. The installers used to this point have been very good but there has been no coordination of information between saleman Michael Bean of Great Floors and their subs. There has also been very little coordination between Michael Bean and us for that matter. He simply doesn't follow through or he gets it wrong. For example, we are on our 3rd order of tile for the laundry room because Mr Bean measured wrong not once but twice. The last time the tile person came out, he was asking me what groute went where! Once Mr Bean has your credit card number beware as he keeps the number and simply uses it whenever he wishes for additional orders on invoices which we never saw until weeks later. Mr Bean bid the entire hardwood job and gave us a number which was to cover ever;ything. Than he upcharged us for addtional glue required to finish the job without asking us because he hadn't figured the proper amount. In my world when you bid a job, unless the job changes the bid price shouldn't change but Mr. Bean lives in a different world. The only time Michael Bean was at all responsive to our questions and concerns was for a short period after I called the manager of the store to vent my frustration of his subs not showing up when sheduled. Mr. Bean unexpectedly showed up to the jobsite within an hour mad at me for calling his manager (which bothered me not at all) and actually acted like he cared for about 20 minutes. Mr Bean has since reverted back to his overpromise and under deliver MO. Because of my experience with Mr Bean I would never use Great Floors for any service they offer. I wish I had gone to yelp prior to using Great Floors, as it would have saved me a lot of headache. After reading other reviews I'm worried about whether or not Great Floors will honor any warranty work required!! read more

We worked with Shalini, Jason and their team at Great Floors recently on a major remodel project and could not be happier with the results. Shalini was very attentive and she's so wonderful to work with. She and Jason listened to our project needs and provided us with expert information and ideas about all of the requirements of our project. Our project was comprehensive, we changed the entire master bath, kitchen, all of the floors in our home as well as added an additional bathroom. Shalini and Jason made several site visits and they were extremely prompt in answering our questions. For us the most important factor was the speed to finish since we planned to live in the home during construction and we also did not want to compromise on quality. We received the WORST customer service EVER! Do NOT go this place! First of all, employees working here do not collaborate. They have very clear division between whose client you are and they refuse to help when the person you work with is not in. Without knowing this, we ran into the situation of asking three different people to help us while in store and we received complaint from them about not sticking with the same person. The truth is every time we were in the show room, the person we worked with before was never there. The complaint we received was the most snobbish one. I think they care about their commission more than anything else. Second, they are not enthusiastic and things move in a sloth speed. We made the mistake to order one box of tiles from them. When we intend to inquire the progress of the order, no one cared to give an answer. Do NOT go to this place! This is the worst shopping experience I've ever got. They should get NEGATIVE starts had there been such an option. read more

We picked a gorgeous product in large format tiles, and their incompetent delivery crew broke two packs of the tiles, sidelining our entire project. The crew is not even outfitted with a truck with a lift. The tiles were stacked in an A-frame pallet and the crew had to unload them one by one, in and out of the truck multiple times. The incompetent crew completely unloaded one side of the A-frame and then the other side tipped over smashing two of our packs. I watched it with my own eyes! THEN I immediately called the store and email them photos of the damaged product saying we needed an immediate replacement so we could move forward with our project. Is 3 weeks later and absolutely nothing has happened. They've basically stolen money from us. We are being blown off by the salesman because he didn't earn the commission on our order. read more

We would highly recommend Jason with Great Floors. Jason has an experienced team he works with throughout the entire remodel process. Jason designed a highly functional and a beautiful layout for our remodeled kitchen. His team of cabinet installers, plumbers, electricians, and flooring installers worked extremely hard, were always on time, and completed the remodel on time. We didn't need to research any workers as Jason had his crew on site and on time. Jason answered all our texts, questions, and concerns immediately and was often on site to be sure all was well done. After reading some or the reviews posted, I was compelled to write about my experience at Great Floors. When I went online to get their phone number I read the reviews. I was surprised to see some of the negative comments. I have used Great Floors several times in the past and never had any complaints. After reading the reviews I considered shopping elsewhere, but decided to go on my past experience. When I went to their showroom Bill Enderle was my salesman. Shopping and dealing with salespeople are not among my favorite things to do, but Bill made it a quick and easy experience. I needed the carpet installed ASAP and I was pleased with how quick it all happened. The installers showed up on time, were good guys and did a good job. Could not have asked for anything more. We worked with this Great Floors ("GF") location to do a major remodel of our home. The remodel consisted of: Kitchen, three bathrooms, LVP on ground floor and carpet on the upper floor. We were really impressed by the quality of the material provided by GF and their immense flexibility in delivering material to our home given the changes to our plans due to availability of outside vendors. Shalini Naidu, the GF Design Consultant / Project Coordinator was of immense help to us thru-out this project. She provided us with great guidance during the project and gave us tips that saved us money as well as resulting in an excellent modern remodel of our home. We went to Great Floors to get samples and pricing on carpet. Mark Smith helped us work through the options and had various color and texture samples sent directly to our house. While working through the selection process Mark sent a rep out to measure the job. He then finalized what was a very competitive quote which we accepted. Mark then worked with us to schedule and coordinate the project. The carpet was shipped from Georgia, arrived with a crew on the promised date and the Layers were in and out in one day. Great Floors had an amazing selection and they were the first place I went where I was greeted and helped from the moment I walked through the door.
