Around 9:20 PM, I received a call from Olivia, the shift lead. She was incredibly calm, professional, and kind while explaining that she wasn't at the store and the employees working that night were fairly new and that they usually appreciate a little advance notice for catering orders. She asked whether I still wanted to move forward with the order. I told her I completely understood the situation and wouldn't be upset if they needed to cancel since it was so late and inconvenient. A little while later, Olivia called me back to let me know the catering had turned out great and that they could still deliver it if I wanted. When the order arrived, I was so impressed! Both catering boxes looked fantastic, and everything was prepared beautifully. I truly appreciate the employees who stayed late and put such care into making our order, and I especially want to thank Olivia for her outstanding customer service. He finally looked my way from the back and said "you can tap to pay" and then immediately turned around so he was unable to see or hear me raise the drink up and say "you didn't ring up the drink". Luckily the kind woman was in the front and took care of me. I hate giving a negative review because I love the lady with the red hair, but the other man was terrible.
