After finding success with the truck, the couple decided to open their own brick & mortar eatery in nearby Rye. My family and I stopped for lunch at ParkD this past summer while we were on our way to Maine for a summer getaway. After looking over the menu, I had the "Pork Belly Grilled Cheese" (fontina, gouda, gruyere cheese blend, fried pork belly, arugula, tuscan white, wine/ chips), my wife had the "Fried Cheese" (Mexican fried cheese, arugula, tomato, pickled onion & cilantro, chipotle aioli, ciabatta, w/ sweet potato fries), our older son had the "Tay's Tenders" (w/ fries), and our younger son had the "Kids Mac & Cheese" (w/ chips).
