Exceptional customer service from the start! Justin was very informative, educated us about the process and gave us an approximate quote based off our measurements right away. I came here because of the reviews and I am glad I did! I've had less than acceptable experiences working with various contractors and I wanted to work with someone who was timely, cost effective, great customer service and good quality. I expressed that to Justin and he was so understanding and assured me they are all those things. He was right! The next day Jorge came to my house to take measurements. He was very polite and knowledgeable about granite and overall experience. They say it takes two weeks from the date they receive the slab order you pick out. That is indeed true. I had a very specific granite vision of what I wanted. I went to a few suppliers and found the one I wanted. However, when it came in, the slab was cracked and MGE did not want me to be disappointed as they genuinely cared about the finished product and quality. We sent it back. Then, Kleopatra called me and offered to come with me to the suppliers to help me look at the granite and inspect it herself. I was so relieved and was blown away with how she went above and beyond to keep me informed of everything and to ensure I chose the granite we would be satisfied with long term. We ended up picking Avalon White from MSI. She inspected it and showed me which part of the slab they would use. I was reassured and so excited! Their prices are competitive and cost effective for their customers. The install team was outstanding. Our home is a historical home built in 1884, so the ground isn't as leveled. They stayed for 6 hours reconfiguring until it was perfect. They wanted to ensure it looked pristine and they do!! We love them and would highly recommend MGE to anyone. Gave them a chance to fix but they didn't have enough boards at Canton store to send! Oh, and they forgot on 20' boards and ask us to come and get it. We paid for delivery! Finally they actually told us to go to Northville lumber cause they couldn't help us. So we did and same order was $500 less there. Boards delivered next day and are great. Again run from Man's if doing Trex!!!

Communication was non existent, I had to inquire when delivery would take place and when the crew would start the build of my pavilion. No one called from the shipper or the building crew to schedule. The "crew" turned out to be one guy who struggled with building the large and heavy pavilion. Many details were done sloppily with stripped or loose and crooked fasteners. Boards were cracked, panels misaligned. No builders square or level was ever used as shown in the installation manual. I had seen videos online of homeowners building this unit in 2-3 days. It took assemble it over a week. I have no confidence in the build quality of this costly purchase from assemble it. We found lots of screws in the lawn and plastic around the yard for us to pick-up as well. All the packaging was ours to deal with also, and it was a lot. When I brought my concerns to the project manager, who never came to my location, I was met with excuses. I cannot recommend this company. BEWARE.
