Very disappointing experience with my Tesla Model Y. I specifically brought the vehicle in for a…read morecontrol arm noise coming from the driver side and clearly explained that upon arrival. The shop diagnosed and recommended replacement of both the driver and passenger lower control arms. I ultimately approved repair of only the side making noise for approximately $697 (versus the $1,394 they recommended for both sides). What bothered me most was that after the repair was completed, the technician test drove the vehicle, yet nobody informed me before making payment that the exact same noise was still present. I personally discovered it myself within less than 10 feet of driving out of the shop and immediately returned. The lack of communication regarding the unresolved issue felt very misleading and frustrating. Instead of taking ownership of the failed diagnosis or communication issue, the owner Elvis became defensive and stated the reason the noise remained was because I was "too cheap" to do all the work (both side, $1,397). He also suggested I should have replaced the upper control arm as well, despite the fact that they never diagnosed or recommended prior to the repair. I ultimately took the vehicle to the Tesla dealership, where the upper control arm issue was addressed at a significantly lower cost. While the lower control arms may have shown signs of wear, replacing worn parts that are not actually causing the customer's complaint makes little sense from a diagnostic standpoint. Based on my experience, the process felt more like guesswork than properly isolating the actual issue. Customer service was ultimately arrogant and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious bringing a Tesla here.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. KCC Auto and Elvis are the gold standard of what an…read moreauto shop should be--honest, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and deeply experienced, especially with luxury brands like Porsche. After being let down time and time again by the dealership, I finally found a team I can trust. Elvis didn't just save me a huge amount of money--he saved me the typical headaches that come with Porsche service. I even stayed nearby for three days while they worked on my $100K vehicle because I knew it was in the right hands. This shop is a rare find. If you care about quality, professionalism, and people who truly know what they're doing, KCC Auto is it.

Do Not trust or take your car for repairs to JMS Auto Repairs. They Do Not provide Quality…read moreservice and they are NOT CERTIFED TRAINED MECHANICS, they take short cuts to cheat the customer with fast sloppy unskilled service; and in my case done major damage to my front drivetrain while doing a simple front brake type job. Frank took a Powerfull Impact Hammer Wrench to my front axle connection, hammered it for more then 15 minutes, and damaging the front drivetrain to the point that the axle was Distored at the Connection To Transmission and at Rotor Assembly.,.. his experiance must from a Mexico junk yard demolation - rather then being at a certifed proper mechanic training ; the axle was damaged & distorted causing the car to vibrate while driving. The new part he was to install even had a instruction sheet available stating not to apply a power torque wrench to the front end part he took apart -- in fact it was not necessary at all to take apart the axle from the rotor in doing the job he was told to to--- Frank does not know the correct way to do important auto repairs. I spoke to Jeff about the damage they caused after driving the car with shakey viberation and damaged ride - but he could not care -.. he got my money & the customer got screwed. Avoid this place for SO CALLED auto service...

Jeff said he would use OEM parts, He did Not. he decided without consulting me to rebuild the alternator But i requested a new OEM one Back breaks not working after his work. they would auto apply and stick. He said he rebuilt the master cylinder an caliper- and he did not. After tearing the bike apart i found that it was the original master and not rebuilt. and according to the book it recommends not rebuilding but replacing. and he also said he could not find the parts and after a short web search i did find them online all new with multiple sources with ranging prices. So i have to say i am not happy with his Service and his dishonest behavior when trying to remedy the situation. -Would not recommend to Anyone-
